Sisita was a great host. He always anticipated what was necessary (such as requesting documents) well in advance, thus avoiding discomfort and unforeseen events. She was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage even before check-in.

The apartment is really beautiful and for a mature couple, like my wife and I, it's very comfortable. The harbor and bay views are spectacular. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the best restaurants on the Peninsula, and on one of the two streets where ALL the shops are. In short, a very remarkable experience.

Very nice apartment, good layout, the view is really excellent. The only thing I would change is the bedding, it's just as it is in the photos: old, they lose feathers the padded (terrible for allergic people) and the poor quality sheets, with balls.. we had to buy bedding and use our own. It's a shame that in such a nice and comfortable apartment, sleeping comforts are not taken into account.

Sandra was an exemplary host. We had a problem due to a storm, due to a fortuitous event, and she was always very helpful with us. I sincerely thank her and her husband for their tolerance and kindness. Thank you very much and look forward to coming back!

Excellent location 2 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from La Pastora shopping mall (which has everything). The place is super quiet and anyone can park the truck. The cleanliness is another point to highlight, everything was clean and very tasteful. At night the stove gives it a warmth that makes you want to stay one more night. Everything 10 points! The house is beautiful! Very well located, close to the beach and one block from the highway. The design is charming and can also be enjoyed in winter: it has air conditioning and a wood stove (the tenant gets the wood, there are places nearby). Everything is very clean and well-kept, with excellent quality bedding, towels and utensils. We went with a pet and we didn't know that there are two dogs on the property. They are friendly, but it was a stressor for our pet, and it would have been helpful to know this beforehand. Anyway, Pablo was very flexible and looked for alternatives so that we were all comfortable. The house is on the same property as his, which made constant and pleasant communication easy. As a detail: in the morning a lot of light enters, as not all the curtains are blackout. Even so, we would choose it again: the windows and the view are spectacular. A highly recommended place, full of details that make you feel at home.

We had an exceptional stay at Santi's house near Santa Mónica. The house is a few steps from a super-quiet beach, so perfect for families and groups seeking a serene getaway. The house has everything you need for a beach holiday (eg, chairs, umbrellas etc). It's quiet/private, but still only a 10 minute drive to Jose Ignacio or 25 mins to La Barra. But the highlight of our experience was Santi, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and answered in seconds when we needed anything. We'll stay again. Thank you!

Carina from the first moment made us feel at home, she was very friendly from the first moment and the welcome to the house was beautiful. The house is a dream, it is equipped with everything you need and more to spend an incredible few days. In addition to the dreamed view and the landscape, the house is really very homely I really recommend Carina's house 100% to spend a few days that will remain as one of the best memories . We will surely return

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

We loved our stay at Anne's place. It's perfect for two couples since it has two bathrooms. We loved that there are two patios, one for the morning coffee and asado, and the other for evening cocktails and watching the stars. Highly recommended!

We spent almost a month in this beautiful apartment, where we felt right at home. The location, steps from the sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of Punta del Este, is fabulous. Lelio was very kind and Wilton, the manager, was extremely warm and decisive. Ester, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was also very attentive.

The location is unbeatable! The apartment is well appointed and has everything a family needs.

Had an amazing few days here. The place is beautiful and the terrace is amazing especially with the warm weather. Great location close to the beach, but also places to relax and swim on the complex if you’re feeling lazy. Hope to be back :)
