Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Playa Guiones

We are a small family returning to Nosara for our third time. This location was a nice little haven with all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of space to relax and hang out in. It’s a short walk to the beach and town and very nicely located. The place is nicely decorated and well taken care of and matches the photos on the listing. The communication from the hosts were great and their contact in town is very kind and hospitable. We would stay here again.

The place looks exactly like the photos, it’s brand new house and it’s a great space for remote work. Really close to the ocean and some good restaurants.

I arrived here carrying the weight of a stressful night, unsure of what the day would bring. But the moment I stepped into this Airbnb, I felt a shift. The space was peaceful, beautiful, and thoughtfully created—a true sanctuary. The host’s quiet generosity created space for me to slow down, breathe, and fully take in the experience. I spent time on the serene upstairs deck, took a dip in the pool, and let the calm settle into my spirit. What started in tension ended in peace, and I left feeling more centered, alive, and grounded than before. One note for future guests—the driveway is very steep. You don’t need a 4x4, but if your car isn’t one, you’ll want to give it a bit of gas on the way up. I’m deeply grateful for this experience, for the energy of this place, and for the care that went into every detail. Sometimes healing looks like stillness, sunlight, and a space that welcomes you exactly as you are.

Everything at Jeff's was more than I expected. I am so grateful and thankful to him for sharing his Oasis with us, everything was out of this world. We spent our mornings at the beach enjoying the sunrise, followed by playing with Carver, and our afternoons in the beautiful pool. Our space was completely separate from Jeff's house, had a full kitchen, bathroom, AC and was clean. The location is walkable to the beach and restaurants, everything you need is close by. Jeff, and Carver, are so friendly and personable, his local knowledge was invaluable. He gave us tips on private beaches, delicious restaurants and different ways for us to enjoy everything Los Pargos has to offer. He really made our stay there so special and we will be visiting him again the next time we're in Costa Rica. Jeff truly cares about the space and wants his guests to experience Pura Vida, and it shows. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jeff, and Carver, for everything!!

We loved staying at the villas and felt right at home. Our son especially loved the pool. We would stay there again.

Daniela, the Property Manager is quick and efficient in responding, very knowledgeable about the village and its resources and in providing great advice and recommendations. The condominium, which is one of 16 units, is well equipped and maintained and surrounded by a beautiful garden, pool and outside eating area which is connected to a laundry room. By foot, the center of the village is about 14 minutes away (which is also the main beach of Samara), or 7 minutes to the nearest part of the beach. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

The space is exactly as listed. We enjoyed our stay. You are attached to a bigger house that has other guests - just to keep that in mind. The house is a 5 min walk to the pool and being so hot we just ended up driving. Close to town and the beach (5-10 min drive) where there is a small super and a restaurant.

Where to begin with my applause for this place! Lovely abode, tucked away in a little jungle oasis but a mere 10 minute walk to the beach & bars etc. Bikes on site which is a fun plus, beach chairs, cooler, scuba gear and more fun toys to enjoy at beach or in the great pool that was so refreshing to jump in after a salty beach day. There is also a washer and dryer that works great, countless different towels to use for pool, beach and showers. The bed was extremely comfy, the bedroom stays nice and cool, the shower has hot water and the porch is a beautiful way to spend an afternoon or evening. Communication is super quick and helpful. We will most definitely return, and bring friends and family to enjoy this wonderful spot. We love Villa Espeval!

La casa es espectacular, espaciosa y súper moderna. La calle es de lastre y si se tarda mucho tiempo en salir a la carretera principal. Las playas cercanas son muy rocosas, así que pudimos aprovechar bastante la piscina y las amenidades de la casa.

We had the most incredible stay at Casa Daydream, and Anna was the perfect host! The Guanacaste house exceeded all our expectations—everything was in perfect working order, and the beds were so comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. We were greeted with a beautiful basket of fresh fruit upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. It set the tone for a stay full of warmth and care. The location couldn’t have been more ideal—just far enough outside of Sámara to enjoy the peaceful sounds of the jungle and the occasional visit from howler monkeys, but still close enough to walk into town easily. It truly gave us the best of both worlds! The pool was a highlight, especially in the heat of the day. It was so refreshing, and my son spent countless joyful hours splashing and playing—he absolutely loved it. We’re incredibly grateful to have had the chance to stay here, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Anna, for creating such a dreamy,

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was peaceful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Julio, our host, was exceptional—by far one of the best hosts we've had in Costa Rica. He was responsive, generous, and showed great hospitality. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

A Peaceful Getaway Near the Beach It was a beautiful house close to the beach, and it was the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. Surrounded by nature, the property offered a private and peaceful retreat, ideal for relaxation. Despite the secluded feel, it was just a short distance from town, making it easy to access restaurants and any essentials. For us was perfect because we were looking for a quiet escape or a balance between nature and accessibility, this place offers the best of both worlds! Looking forward to visit again.

Siempre es un gusto para mi familia hospedarnos en casa Luna . La casa es muy acogedora, tiene todo lo que se necesita. La ubicación es muy conveniente, muy cerca de la playa y del centro de Samara. Alfredo es un gran anfitrión que siempre está atento a lo que se necesite y las personas que le ayudan son también muy agradables . Es nuestra tercera vez en Casa Luna y esperamos volver muy pronto

This place was pure magic. Close to playa pelada and some great restaurants and the little bodega store. Our two families loved the separate living spaces that were just interactive enough. The concierge service was a great help in getting local recommendations and booking excursions. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay in the Casa Catalina. We were met by Patrick on arrival for an easy check-in. The location is fantastic. It is steps from the beach and a short walk to town. The suite was a beautiful place to return to at the end of each day with beautiful views. The entire place is well kept and Hilda and Patrick were quick to respond anytime we had a question. Soda La Perla is a great place to eat just around the corner!

Karen’s place was super clean and provided everything we needed to live comfortably like we do in our own home. Plenty of storage for our clothes and bags which helped the place feel uncluttered. The kitchen included many amenities we were grateful because we love to cook. Everyday we bought fresh amazing fruits and veggies and pastries in the local markets nearby. We were cool and comfortable during our stay and the layout was very nice and spacious. She provided plenty of linens and towels and the charming laundry room off the kitchen sure came in handy. It is centrally located in Samara and one night we watched the night life and a parade from above. What we found so special about Samara was how the people live healthy and have a glow about them. The fresh clean food the air the water is pristine and the people live in harmony with the wildlife.

Très beau et malheureusement trop court séjour. Le lieu de l'hébergement est très bien situé, au calme et proche de la mer et en même temps à quelques minutes à pieds du centre. Formalités à l'arrivée et au départ clairement communiquées. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient disponibles y compris les serviettes pour la piscine, laquelle a été vraiment très appréciée et utilisée ! Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Great place to stay in Nosara! Convient location for nearby Pelada beach, coffee shop and restaurants! Host was very responsive.

Amazing vacation for the family. The accommodations were great, the grounds are wonderful, the employees were lovely, would not hesitate to recommend.

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

The condo was beautiful, and you can't beat the view. Any questions we had were quickly addressed. The pool was really nice as well. You can't really walk to town safely because there is no sidewalk and it's a busy main road. Adults should be able to during the day I guess, we never attempted it. You can walk to town via the beach, the walk to the beach is easy. We would definitely stay there again!

The Condo, and Las Brisas Del Mar in general, exuded our expectations. One of the best equipped AirBNB we have stayed in. The community at Las Brisas was very welcoming and friendly. We had our entire family with us, and kids and grandkids really enjoyed our week. The beach is wonderful with plenty of wildlife to see in the tide pools right out front. Would welcome this place as a family friendly place.
