This is a hidden gem in Las Terrenas. The residence is clean, quiet, 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Delicious on site restaurant and very walkable all around town. Excellent and More Excellent. Thanks Robson and staff.

Lovely apartment in a great location lovely area

Everything was perfect at Carolina’s place! Super clean, peaceful and well taken care of. The private beach was wonderful and gorgeous. The patio had great views and was perfect for reading! Carolina had great recommendations for restaurants and was very responsive. I would 100% stay here again and recommend my friends and family to stay here

The complex and the view that the apartment has are spectacular. The very attentive hosts, as well as the staff who work there. The place has everything in the kitchen, the rooms equipped. Important to report that the apartment is two floors and the second room is on the 2nd floor where the other beds are located.

Felt right at home, David is an excellent host and a very cultured artist. The place is astonishing, amazing view in multiple terraces. Can even make a bonfire right down at the beach 👌

This is a beautiful place. It is part of the Sublime Samana hotel. Even though the unit is owned by Alicia and rented through Airbnb, you get to use all the hotel amenities and are treated like a hotel guest. The beach (Playa Coson) is long and beautiful with plenty of waves--great for long walks. The drinks at the beach restaurant are very good, though a little low on alcohol. We found the restaurant food to be excellent despite reading some previous negative reviews. We really enjoyed the gym. When we arrived we were a little disappointed that the unit was not ready for us to cook. It was missing a washclothe/sponge, dishtowel, dish soap, salt, pepper, and oil. We messaged Alicia. She told us to talk to the front desk. They kindly delivered a sponge, dishcloth, and dish soap. The restaurant gave us a little olive oil. We wish there had been a blender.

The place is beautiful, lots of vegetation, plants and beautiful garden, very cozy rooms, a very nice pool, you can breathe peace. Natalia is very attentive, super friendly, it was a family trip, we will definitely be back! Ideal to rest 💯 Recommended Anny

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The communication with our host was excellent from the very beginning, making the entire process, smooth and stress-free. The home itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and offer all the comforts we could ask for. One of the highlights of our stay was the detailed itinerary our host provided. It was filled with activities and local attractions that we wish we had more time to explore. Unfortunately, our stay was too short to take full advantage of everything on the list. We dined every night at Porto restaurant, conveniently located across the street. Food was amazing. Offering a variety of delicious dishes and exceeding expectations. Overall, this stay was an excellent experience and exceeded all our expectations. The accommodations is definitely five star by American standards. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Las Terrenas.

The location of this property is simply 10/10. We were the only ones staying in the complex during our stay so we had the pool and beach to ourselves. How can you beat a private beach right in front of the balcony? Impossible. Would definitely come back.

Wow, what an amazing place, definitely 10/10, impeccable with style and the beautiful beach is ideal if you go with children because it has no waves. Las Terrenas is a place with a lot of Italian influence, so if you want to eat Italian food, this is the place where you will find the best restaurants. The only thing is that the restaurant in the villa doesn't have much variety of food and the price is a bit high, but about 7 minutes away by car there's a wide variety of restaurants where you can eat whatever you want. We will definitely return to this place for more days. Thank you very much.

The house was beautiful! Honestly , the photos did not do it justice. The space was perfect for my large group of guests. We were a party of twelve with children. The breakfast chef was amazing, had I known I would have booked her each morning. The rooms on the main floor were clean and smelled fresh. The room on the second level, seemed a little missed on cleanliness of the floor and mirror , other than that it was perfect. Check in and check out was simple and easy.

Alessandro’s place was amazing. The home looks better than the pictures and the pictures were already breathtaking. My family loved the pool but especially the private beach that was just steps away from the house. Definitely coming back to this place when I come back to Samaná.
