Nice place and great location!

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. We stayed here for a month, and had everything we needed for long stay. House is cosy, neighbourhood feels private.

Great stay to stay with 9 friends. Walking distance as well as several supermarkets. The heated swimming pool and sauna was a great added value.

Patricia's house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very cozy. The area is quiet, ideal for resting, and the beach is just a few minutes walk away. In addition, Patricia was charming and always attentive to making sure everything was perfect. I would go back without any hesitation!

Gintare was helpful at all times, her home is with every detail and communication was immediate. Definitely an extraordinary experience.

We had a lovely stay. Very typical house in a very good location. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the center . It is very nice to be able to enjoy the two terraces well exposed and with a very nice view . Please note that the double beds are not wide .

We only stayed for a weekend and were delighted with the apartment. We would definitely like to do this again again. Totally recommended. Carmelo is very nice

Great, bright, clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything you need for a full stay. Convenient parking space in the garage. The kids really liked the children's playground. We recommend it to everyone and would definitely come back here again.

When we first arrived at Paradisun, we were a bit skeptical despite the promising pictures. But as soon as we saw the stunning garden and the blue sea, our doubts vanished. Our second-floor apartment (#6) offered breathtaking sea views, even better than the photos. The apartment was spotless, with A/C and TVs in every room, and a spacious kitchen with a sea view. The balcony was a lovely bonus. The garden was spacious and well-maintained, with a great pool and direct access to the sea. We sometimes cooked dinner in the apartment and enjoyed it in the garden, which was a fantastic experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the nearby grocery store made shopping easy. Jose was very helpful with e.g. arranging meals from local places. A special shoutout to the friendly staff who kept everything tidy. Paradisun is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and I highly recommend it!

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

Pablo the perfect host. Helpful and communicative. Stay in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood and about three minutes walk to the beach. The apartment itself is worth the price. All the amenities from the description, and even more than you expected. Everyone had their own room. There was even an airfryer. The dishwasher cubes were also included, and the host thought of everything.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We had an amazing time staying here, the apartment is well set up, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooftop was our favourite space to spend time. Manuel was very helpful and had everything set up for our arrival with a baby. We loved our stay and would happily return.

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

Lovely well-functioning apartment (2nd floor) with great views and balcony with everything you need (including real duvets and electric kettle - definitely not something you will find everywhere in Spain). Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host
