My kid and I spent a night there and the truth is that we were very comfortable. Carlos is the perfect host, always attentive in case we needed anything, kind, helpful. The place is beautiful, this is a room with a separate bathroom in their home, so you have privacy secured. We use the barbecue and suuuuper well!! The place is just outside so you need a car to get around, but we don't get out of there. I recommend 100% that you book Carlos' accommodation, you will be very comfortable!!

Margaux is a very nice and available person, helping you during your stay! Regarding the apartment, the latter is very clean and quite spacious! We had a pleasant stay at Margaux! We would highly recommend!!

Veronica was amazing, always responsive and the apartment was everything I had hoped for. Quiet building, amazing sunrise. Super fast internet 600Mbps and could walk 10 mins to the tram station or 20 minutes into town.

This is the most beautiful three floor apartment in a beautiful area near the Port. Everything you need is on your doorstep. 10 minute walk to the tram to Alicante and restaurants so close. Supermarket Hyperber is maybe 4 minutes away. Ana and Toni are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to help and recommend. The apartment was spotless. Bedrooms on the first floor kitchen lounge and terrace on middle floor and the most amazing breezy roof terrace on the third floor. This is an amazing apartment. Book it if it’s available !!

Being at Xavier's place is wonderful is a very large house with everything you need . Xavier is very attentive , he is always on the lookout for you to be comfortable in his home. The closest beach is 5min drive but if you have a car there are very nice nearby beaches. i would definitely recommend Xavier's place

Had such a great stay! Cristian is a lovely host and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was amazing, the host was super friendly and kind. At the check-in he showed us all the nearest and good restaurants and what to visit! The position was perfect! For sure I recommend it, and for sure we’ll choose it again for our next stay in Alicante! 😊

Xavier was really friendly, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast of: Croissants, rolls, jams, butter, tea and juice...was absolutely lovely. Pool and jacuzzi was available but not used due to time and temperature. We have no hesitation in recommending Xavier's place and we will definitely be going back.
