Se encuentra en plena naturaleza en una aldea de 15 casas llamado Paderni y que está a tan sólo 4,5 km del centro de Oviedo. Fantástica piscina donde disfrutar en verano. Espectaculares vistas en un lugar muy especial. Cuenta con todo el equipamiento para unas perfecta vacaciones.

Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 or 4 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system. See opinions in "Rest of opinions" (they refer to the same property).

Luminoso y romántico

Precioso piso en el centro de Oviedo. Está en pleno centro a 5 metros de la plaza de américa, hay muchísimos bares en la zona para tomar un vino o ir a cenar, además está muy muy cerca el parque San Francisco. Es un piso SUPER luminoso, es una séptima planta, el ascensor llega solo hasta el 6º. Tiene Wifi, Tiene 2 habitaciones una con cama de dosel de 1.50 y en la otra habitación una cama de 1.35. Acabamos de renovar el baño potrque el anterior era muy viejo y cambiar las ventanas.
