Beachfront vacation rentals in San Juan Playa, Alicante

Highly recommend, very responsive host, easy check in, very clean appartment, great location, with fantastic view, very peacefull and yet short walk to all the activity...would definitely return.

Daniel is a very nice person, he was able to give us advice on activities to do locally The accommodation is clean and well arranged easy to access and close to everything I would recommend this place for people looking to visit Alicante and the surrounding area while staying in a quiet environment

We had a wonderful stay at Juana’s apartment. The view was UNBELIEVABLE, the pictures do not do it justice. The flat was perfectly clean and cosy, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Could not recommend it more. Thank you !

Could not say enough positive things about Antic Rooms. So many extras - the most comfortable couch, pillows and beds, soft towels, shampoo and conditioner (not a given so far!). But more than any of that - the views, a pristine beach, playgrounds - everything needed for a great trip. We will most certainly ask Joan to stay again! Thank you Joan for such a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was very clean and organized. The location was right next to the beach. Carlos was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and common areas, nice terrasse as well. Worth noting you need to transport lugages from street to the bungalow and cannot park inside. Despite that, Paco was really responsive and left us nice welcome gift. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

We really couldn't have chosen a better place for our vacation. The house is really good, the air conditioning is great, it's pet friendly, clean and the beach is really close! 100% recommended! ❤️❤️

We spent three particularly pleasant weeks in this beautiful property located in a paradisiacal and very peaceful private estate, enjoying an exceptional location with a superb view of the sea as well as the very beautiful and comfortable gardens, glimpsed daily by a charming staff. Also, the property enjoys a great location near a nice walk to the nearby center. When we arrived, we were greeted by Antonio who was very friendly, and always available when we needed him afterwards. In conclusion, we are looking for a negative point at this rental that bears its name perfectly, but we can't find one. Everything was absolutely perfect, and it's rare enough not to be reported. So we only have one wish, go back as soon as possible, while hoping that after reading our reviews, it is not too often booked...!

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

we had a problem in the accommodation from the previous tenant. PM was notified, he offered us another accommodation that we refused because the rented accommodation corresponded to the needs of my mother-in-law who is mobility impaired. As compensation he allowed us to leave a little later which suited us. The contact person was very friendly.

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

Stian is a great host always attentive to our doubts by answering them super fast. Everything was perfect, the house was very comfortable, everything was very clean and the location was unbeatable a short walk from Cabo Roig beach, Zenia beach and shopping malls. Thank you very much! 🙏

The location is perfect. The villa has a direct view to the see. There is everything needed in the kitchen and also everything you might need.

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!

Our stay at Juan's went very well. It is a very friendly and available. The apartment is in a great location near the beach and with communal pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. For ease of logistics it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and would recommend it with our eyes closed.

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

We all 5 of us had a great stay on the beach at Christmas in beautiful weather. Lovely views from the balcony.

Everything was wonderful, we were very satisfied and felt very welcome. What could be better than falling asleep with the rhythm of the waves right outside the window. We highly recommend the place and the host.
