Apartment on the peninsula overlooking the harbor, lighthouse and Mansa beach and the two islands (Gorriti and Lobos). Beautiful views all day, very bright, very enjoyable apartment. Very well located over the pedestrian street of the palm trees of the port. 180 degree views in living room, terrace and master bedroom. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, total 6 places. Everything new. Daily maid service included. Large and comfortable fixed garage, near elevators.

Very nice apartment with sea view first row, excellent location, facing the sea, 2 blocks from the port. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large terrace, garage, cable TV with smart tv 49 and smart tv 32 inches, wifi, capacity 6 people. Very quiet and safe area. Steps from the sea!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! WE DO not leave linens or towels. (lencois e toalhas) It is on the first floor by staircase.

The apartment is located at the entrance of the Peninsula, without problems of transit, 2 blocks from the bus terminal of Punta del Este, in front of the Casino Nogaro and close to cinemas and restaurants. Supermarket 1 1/2 blocks. Very good! Garage in the building!
