Monthly Rentals in Playa de las Burras

Great location. The apartment is newly renovated and completely newly furnished and superbly equipped. The sofa bed is great! Small sea view, but, due to the proximity to the beach, everything is fine, sea noise included. Finally a fitted kitchen with really comfortable working height. Our communication with Mapi was great and absolutely helpful. Since we like to drink filter coffee, we immediately got a coffee maker. I'd love to come back!

We absolutely loved staying in Maria's place. Fab location, two minutes from the beach and close to a great selection of many bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, long or short. We loved the terrace with the table, chairs and sun loungers. Full sun all day long and well into the evening. Beautiful entrance to the apartment block with lovely trees, plants and flowers. Maria was very helpful when we had a problem, maintenance arrived in minutes to help us and all was sorted incredibly quickly. With a very late flight home, we were very grateful for a late check-out! Thank you for a lovely stay, we will certainly be back next time we visit Gran Canaria. 😃🌞

We had a great stay at this beautiful bungalow, the location, the amenities just everything was perfect! Zen and Wolfgang were so incredibly sweet and accommodating, we felt right at home. The location is right on the sea with a wonderful view! We will definitely come back here, absolutely recommended!!!

The house was private and beautiful, it was easily accessible with a rental car with street parking outside, and minutes walk to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities and appliances for a very comfortable stay. Ana and the other hosts were always really responsive both prior to the trip and during the trip. Would definitely recommend!
