The view from this apartment is unparalleled. Laura has thought of all the details, like extra beach towels, all the cooking essentials, etc. Having an indoor parking spot is super convenient. The Internet was fast enough to have a Google Meet without interruptions.

Fantastic Stay at Ivan's Accommodation! My daughter and I recently spent a month at Ivan's accommodation near Playa de Nea, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach, making our daily outings convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was tidy, well-organized, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Ivan was an excellent host, attentive and responsive to any questions we had. His attention to detail in maintaining the apartment was evident throughout our stay. If we have the opportunity to book Ivan's apartment again in the future, we would do so without hesitation. It was a wonderful month-long stay, and we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant time near Playa de Nea.

Fine, bright and spacious apartment, which has everything it needs (lemon press would still be great but we also managed without it) for cooking everything available in all sizes, except there was Netflix, a good bed (you sleep well is important to us). Practical are also the parking space in the house and only a 5-minute walk to the Superdino which has everything, there are also a two coffees with good croissants. The communication with Emmanuel was very good, very quick response and flexible check out. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Great for kids as there is a beach right downstairs as well as a park to play. The one thing I would be aware of is that there is no air conditioning. Which, for our visit in March was okay, but the apartment warms up A LOT during the day, so I can't imagine what it would be like in summer. There are fans, but depending on your preferences, that may not be enough. Other than that, a gorgeous place to stay.
