Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa Carrillo

We enjoyed our visit very much, the place looked as described and showed in the pictures, the hosts were very friendly, willing to help and easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay so much, the space is beautiful with lots of natural light, great studio layout. Mariel was very helpful throughout our stay, and it was so nice to do a Pilates class in her studio which is on the same property. It's in a very peaceful part of Tamarindo, but still close by to the town center. We will definitely stay here again in the future! It's my fave place I've stayed in Tamarindo thus far, and I go often. Happy to have found this gem. Thanks Mariel for making our stay amazing!

An absolutely amazing and peaceful property. I have travelled the world and I would give this air bnb a 100 star. Not only was the location amazing with a wonderful view, Laura and her team of care takers were kind and professional. Juan Carlos and Jazmin who were apart of the care taker team of the house were beautiful souls, that were always ready to help with what ever you needed. The pool was super beautiful and over looked the ocean. The bed was super comfortable. The small kitchen worked super well. The view was outstanding . I would stay here for a month! I highly recommend. My check in was super flexible which was so kind of Laura and team. There are places on the property to play games and BBQ if interested. There is also a second small private pool. I can’t stop talking about this place it was so amazing . The best place I stayed for my birthday as a tired , stressed out nurse. Thank you Laura , Juan Carlos, and Jazmin. Te gusto mucho!

Excellent location to stay near the center of Tamarindo and the place is very nice and clean, as well as the pool.

Great place for the price, in a secured gated community 10 minutes away from the tarmarindo strip. Felt very safe, definitely need a vehicle, every room had a/c, tv has netflix, kitchen has pots and pans but nothing else so if you want to cook you have to buy everything other then salt and pepper Check in was easy, pool was a bonus

Accommodation a little away from downtown. Quiet. Very nice pool with lots of vegetation around. Even though we couldn't control the falling leaves, the pool was always impeccable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Air conditioning in each room. Private bathroom in each of the two bedrooms. Only 500 m of unpaved road to get to the main road, so any vehicle can get to the accommodation. Tamarindo beach is a beautiful beach, beautiful sand and ideal for beginner surfers. Lots of interesting restaurants near the beach or downtown.

This is the second time I've rented it in 22 days. The place is nice, new and the pool is refreshing.

One of the best experiences I've had with air b&b! Michael ensured everything went smoothly while we were there. He was flexible with checking in and provided clear instructions with finding the place, parking, and security. It was in a safe area with a lot of walkable restaurants and shops, as well as a semi private beach entrance. Below the air b&b was a restaurant - the food AND the staff were amazing! It was truly a gem and I am so grateful to have stayed here! 10/10 recommend!

Had a lovely 2 week stay at Casa Clara. The home is very clean, chic, modern and lots of natural light. Nice nature surrounding on all sides. Sofia was an impeccable communicator and extremely helpful as our host. She was so nice and supportive during our stay. The private gate and parking was a nice touch as well. They kept the pool and gardens very clean during our stay so my kids could always swim in the pool. Outdoor showers were our favorite so we didn't use the ones indoors at all. Only downside was no dishwasher but we made it work! Great location and super close to all the big spots, but also not near the main road so we had some quiet (except for the amazing monkeys) and peace to ourselves. We would stay there again!

Good location for Avellanas and nearby beaches. Everything was good.

The house was amazing and loved the location! Highly recommend staying here! We were a family of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room. The outdoor living space was amazing and the house was nicely air-conditioned!

We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The villa was inside a gated community and the grounds as well as the pool area were very well maintained. The villa itself was spectacular! It was very bright, clean and modern. It was such a comfortable space to relax and unwind after exploring the beaches of Guanacaste. The kitchen came equipped with everything you needed to prepare a meal (spices,cookware, utensils, etc.) and there quite a few tasty restaurants on or near the beach a few minutes drive away. Tamarindo was about a 25 minute drive. We are a family of four and would not hesitate to stay here again… absolute stellar stay!

We had a great stay at Alfredo’s place. His local guy, Odir, was super responsive and super helpful. The only caveat is that you share the entry and pool area with the larger house that’s “right there”. We had a great experience with the other family that had rented the bigger house, so all was good. But if you didn’t get the right group, it could be unpleasant. Otherwise wonderful stay overall. Thanks!!

Michael is a great host. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive and communicated very well. The place is very quiet and perfect for a vacation away from the noise of the city. In addition, Frijolar beach is very close. I recommend it 100%. It's an excellent place!!! We'll be back…

The house is superb and very well located a few minutes from Samara and Carillo beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms are spacious with private bathrooms. Only small downside, the neighbor's rooster sings very early in the morning and in various situations...but we get used to it with time. Galileo is very responsive as well as Sandra. I would highly recommend this house. We had a good time there.

This place was clean, beautiful, quiet, and private. Close to great restaurants and beach access. The host was very responsive about giving recommendations. Loved the layout of this place. We stayed here with our 4 kids and it was very comfortable and modern. Situated in a beautiful and quiet community. Would definitely come back to this rental!

Kimberly’s place was spacious and virtually perfect. Loved the design and kitchen had EVERYTHING! Pool great. We even had monkeys outside our kitchen window! Only minor issues were water pressure/temp control in master bath and a loud A/C in master bedroom (I use ear plugs so it didn’t bother me but my partner had some difficulty sleeping the one night with it).

Very nice clean comfortable condo. Also feels safe. Beach at Playa Langasto is very rocky and not for swimming but beautiful for a walk as others have noted. The pools are very nice and not crowded at all. We drove to other beaches. Some good restaurants in walking distance. We did an excursion to La Leona if you’re up for an adventure it’s a fun time!

Great apartment. Has everything that is required for a comfortable stay on the beach. The complex in which it is located has two entrances: one of them, gives a place very close to the center of Tamarindo (about 6 minutes walk) where one has easy access to a supermarket (Vindi), bars and a rich and cheap pizzeria. The other faces a further street, where you can leave the carts quietly.
