Casa 7 soles II is a new apartment, located in a beautiful residential complex with a swimming pool; it is nestled in the Las Coloradas area and within walking distance of Papagayo beaches. A few meters from the promenade, the beach and near the Marina Rubicón marina (a leisure area with many shops and restaurants); enjoy the Saturday market there. The accommodation has private parking.

The accommodation has 100m2 of housing on two floors and 100m2 of terrace. The 3 bedrooms can accommodate two double beds and one single or one double bed and three singles. Cleaning included for stays of 7 days. For stays of 15 days or more, the guest will have to pay for an extra cleaning, at a cost of €75, and the sheets and towels will be changed. For less than 7 days, the cleaning will cost 100.-€, with early payment.
