Beautiful apartment with sea views in one of the best touristic spots. Located 3 mins walking from Playa Bastian and its promenade, in a quiet and lovely apartment complex with swimming pool. The place is distributed on two floors plus rooftop, and has two south oriented terraces (sun all the day). There are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Finding a parking spot is not a problem in the area. Unfortunately, there is no elevator nor easy access for reduced-mobility people.

Ocean-view duplex

Duplex located in a quiet and safe complex close to shops and restaurants, the water park, and the golf course. The beach is 15 min. on foot, with a beautiful walk along the sea. Opposite the complex there is a small supermarket and the Santa Rosa Sport gym is 10 minutes away. Due to the situation, the car is not essential since there is a bus stop 5 min. from the house, which will connect you with Arrecife capital but if you want to rent one there is free parking in front of the house.

Relax at this peaceful private complex in Costa Teguise. The apartment is well-appointed with 1 double room with en-suite and a twin room with it's own bathroom. There is a fully-fitted kitchen if you want to stay in, but Las Coronas is well-situated close to many bars and restaurants. The beach front promenade allows you to discover many more. If you want to relax, enjoy the patio or the 2 pools (one for children), a friendly pool bar and there's also a gym onsite. Free wifi and tv.

Casa Ola is a newly refurbished apartment located in the excluve residential area Los Molinos, in Costa Teguise which is the sole designed by the master and visionaire César Manrique. The garden, the two pools and the building reflect the particular style you can only find in Lanzarote: white walls, lavic stones and cactus plants. At 300mt walking distance there is Playa Bastían, but you can reach Las Cucharas Beach and the centre of Costa Teguise in less than 15 minutes walk.

Villa Luna is situated by the coast in the centre of the island, the perfect gateway to go visit Lanzarote.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Located in the Costa Teguise , designed by César Manrique a very quiet place to enjoy the sun in our 2 pools, our bungalow is 50m from the pool bar (the only heated) and 100m from the beach, where you can enjoy a beautiful walk maritime with different beaches.
