This apartment is one of three that are the same type. They measure 50 square meters and are fully equipped. The area where they are is one of the best, and close to the airport. There are many services nearby, and you don't need a car to get around. The settlement is on a 650 square meter plot. In the courtyard there is a fairly large pool and it is shared. We have a space to park two cars in front of the building. It's not closed for now.

Casa Miguel is just 3 minutes from the beautiful Carizalillo beach, and the boulevard "Bendito Juarez " with restaurants, bars, shops, laundry and much more. The studio is on the 2nd floor and has ocean views! We live the idea of taking care of our world with all its beauty. So we don't have heaters or air conditioning due to their high energy consumption. We also reuse building materials for all projects!
