This is a delightful place! The location is peaceful, the decor gorgeous and the hosts easy to work with. I enjoyed my stay so much, feeling instantly right at home. And the fresh eggs that are right there in the frig (wow), well, I was happier to have them than I had anticipated! It's just minutes away from New Paltz.

Franks place was wonderful, and so was Frank. I am Shocked Frank isn’t a super host!! The home was Spotless, well appointed, Spotless, comfortable, and SPOTLESS!!! Frank was very proactive, checking in several times over our 10-day stay, offering local suggestions and support if we needed.

I was pleased with my visit. It is a really quiet and peaceful place if you want a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is clean and very bright. There is everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The only thing is that in winter it is sometimes very cold and I would like it to be a little warmer inside the house.
