Enjoy our luxury villa by the sea. The house has been totally renovated and this is the first time we rent it out. Now, you have the opportunity of being one of the first guest to stay in our charming place with private garden. The house is located in Cala Estancia, from one of the longest sandy beaches of the island, to the restaurants, bars and pubs of Arenal or Can Pastilla. It is only a 5 minutes walk to Puro, the famous beach club. Our house is also surrounded by different nautical clubs!

Every morning we would leave and return in the evening. The hotel was quiet. No one bothered us. On the other hand, brunch was exactly the same every day, without any variation. It quickly becomes repetitive, especially for a stay of several days. There was also no variety of fruits, which is a bit of a shame. Other than that, everything went well. The setting is nice, apart from the “Ballermann” atmosphere, we don't like it but it's part of the S'Arenal area.

A sunlit terrace is equipped with numerous tables and chairs arranged for dining. Large umbrellas provide shade over some seating areas, while potted plants add a touch of greenery. Views of the surrounding landscape can be observed beyond the terrace space.

We only stayed one night, but we were completely satisfied. The night was quiet and, thanks to the air conditioning, the room stayed cool. The location of the Airbnb is excellent: there is a good bus connection to Palma, but also in the area there is a beach, many restaurants and small shops. Not missing anything. Juan was always available to us and was very kind. We highly recommend the accommodation!
