Enjoy our luxury villa by the sea. The house has been totally renovated and this is the first time we rent it out. Now, you have the opportunity of being one of the first guest to stay in our charming place with private garden. The house is located in Cala Estancia, from one of the longest sandy beaches of the island, to the restaurants, bars and pubs of Arenal or Can Pastilla. It is only a 5 minutes walk to Puro, the famous beach club. Our house is also surrounded by different nautical clubs!

Chaque matin, nous partions et rentrions le soir. L’hôtel était tranquille. Personne ne nous a dérangés. En revanche, le brunch était exactement le même tous les jours, sans aucune variation. Cela devient vite répétitif, surtout pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Il n’y avait pas non plus de variété de fruits, ce qui est un peu dommage. À part ça, tout s’est bien passé. Le cadre est agréable, a part l’ambiance “Ballermann” je nous n’aimons pas mais cela fait partie de la zone S’Arenal.

Nos alojamos solo una noche, pero estuvimos completamente satisfechos. La noche fue tranquila y, gracias al aire acondicionado, la habitación se mantuvo fresca. La ubicación del Airbnb es excelente: hay buena conexión de autobuses hacia Palma, pero también en la zona hay playa, muchos restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas. No falta de nada. Juan estuvo siempre disponible para nosotros y fue muy amable. Recomendamos totalmente el alojamiento!
