A truly unique experience. Brand new, fully fledged studio apartment with ensuite bathroom, aboard a former freight ship turned into a houseboat. Breakfast, king-size bed (180x200), 40 inch TV with Chromecast, water cooker, hair dryer, .., everything is included. The KNSM Island is one of the hidden gems of Amsterdam, quiet and peaceful, but close to the city center. It is possible to sit outside on a private terrace and jump in the water for a swim. The sunsets are pretty spectacular as well.

A wonderful private Studio on the ground floor. It has a spacious, light room with a double bed, a sofa and a (work)table. It has a private frontdoor, an entrance/hallway and a private bathroom. Enjoy the sun on the bench in the front garden. My wife and I live next-door: the connecting door is locked to guarantee privacy. An intimate and quiet street in the lively Amsterdam East. Within walking distance lots of trendy restaurants, shops, museums, parks, subway station, Railwaystation.

This unique corner apartment has a view at the canals and is located in a prime location in the centre. Located in a green area with lots water, also called "The garden of Amsterdam". Our apartment is 3 minutes walk from the tram station called Alexanderplein. This station takes you within 5 minutes to the metro line or you can take the tram for 10 minutes to the city center. Lastly, we have a bike shop around the corner so you can have the full Dutch experience during your stay!

Tout d'abord, le logement est romantique, comme un cocon au bord de l'eau dans un quartier très calme. Le quartier est légèrement excentré, mais bien accessible en tram, bus ou vélo, et finalement nous avons apprécié découvrir ce quartier d'Amsterdam qui change de l'effervescence du centre ville. Enfin, Roy et xander sont de bons conseils sur les activités aux alentours, et ont surtout été très compréhensifs malgré notre arrivée tardive et ont eu la gentillesse de garder nos bagages le dernier jour de notre séjour. Une très belle adresse que je conseille fortement, j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Das Hausboot liegt recht zentral und ist wunderbar eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden - vor allem die Terrasse mit den vielen Blumen lädt zum Sitzen direktam Wasser ei . Albert war sehr freundlich und flexibel, auf Grund der Baustelle (die man aber nur sehr wenig hört) hat er uns eine Alternative angeboten. Auch als wir diese nicht nutzen wollten, hat er uns sehr gut geholfen und war immer freundlich und schnell erreichbar.

Zeer goede locatie in Amsterdam. Mooi, historisch pand met gebruiksaanwijzing, zeer goed uitgelegd door Louise! Louise is een hartverwarmende, leuke, spontane vrouw en een zeer goede host! Ze vertelt je graag het een en ander over de woning en de stad. We hebben ondanks de regen (pech) echt genoten!
