The house is located in the heart of mountainous region of Helmos in the village of Peristera, at an altitude of 1100m. Mount Helmos is considered a botanical paradise. A number of activities that can be undertaken in the area like: - Hiking in forests and alpine pastures - Climbing and mountaineering - Skiing and other snow sports at the nearby ski resort of kalavryta - Mountain biking - River trekking - or just explore the picturesque villages with great local cuisine

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Κλειτορίας και διαθέτει δύο ηλιόλουστες κρεβατοκάμαρες με διπλό κρεβάτι. Ένα σαλόνι-κουζίνα με ολοκαίνουριες οικιακές συσκευές, τοστιέρα, καφετιέρα και όλα τα απαραίτητα είδη για την προετοιμασία γευμάτων. Ακόμη, έχει τραπέζι και καναπέ-κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει επίσης, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Τέλος, υπάρχει βεράντα με θέα την κοιλάδα του Αροανίου και το βουνό, καθώς και ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης δωρεάν.

The house is located in Kastria, a village near Kalavryta. The house has one bedroom(double bed), one bathroom and one living room, which has a big kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee machines, tost machine and all cook equipment. Next to the kitchen there is a sofa-bed and two tables, a small and a big. The house has two televisions, WiFi and there are heaters.

Spacious house

The house is located in the center of Kleitoria next to the village square. It has two bedrooms and a spacious living room-kitchen fully equipped. In addition, there is a computer and a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a bathroom with shower. Finally, it has a large balcony overlooking Helmos, as well as a private parking space.
