Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a quiet part of Nýrsko, a few minutes from shops, restaurants, and the train station. The apartment is officially for 4 people: a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. By arrangement, mattresses can be added for up to 8 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a balcony, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, storage space, and free parking in front of the house. There is a family ski resort in Nýrsko. Špičák approx. 25 km, Černé and Čertovo jezera 27 km, Klatovy 17 km.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Spacious apartment with balcony in the center of Klatovy is located in a prefabricated house on the 1st floor without elevator. The apartment is after reconstruction and equipped. In the first bedroom there is a double bed. And the second bedroom offers 2 separate beds. Kitchen partially equipped, living room is separate. There is a spacious dressing room. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet. The equipment includes towels, bed linen, toiletries. We are willing to add anything by agreement.

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In 2022, our dream was born and in 2024 it became a reality. My wife and I built a log cabin. With my own help and my own hands. We have opened a new log house for you, which, while retaining the traditional style of a log house, is very modernly equipped. It is designed for guests who want to spend a quiet holiday near Pilsen in a picturesque landscape under the ruins of Radyně Castle.
