Marseille in the countryside

House located in the countryside in Marseille in a quiet and safe area of the 12th arrondissement. Facing the mountain ranges that surround Marseille, this 75 m2 house on 2 levels allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle of Marseille while remaining connected to the city center with all the available transport located nearby. No problem parking, it is possible to enjoy Marseille (with or without a car) and its surroundings (Cassis, La Ciotat, Bandol, Aix-en-Provence, etc.).

Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

Peaceful beachfront getaway on the Corniche Kennedy. Views of the Benedetti Garden, quiet and cool. Located halfway walking distance (5 minutes) from Catalans Beach and Malmousque Cove. There are all the amenities around. Bus (83) is at the foot of the building towards the Old Port or the Prado. Bus 82s from Les Catalans will take you to St Charles train station (and vice versa). Chic gastronomic side: Le Peron, L'épuisette, Passedat. And enjoy the beautiful sunsets!

Ideally located a few steps from Place Castellane, my apartment was fully renovated in 2022. It can accommodate up to 4 people. On the 3rd floor without elevator access, it includes a beautiful living room with its open equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine and dryer as well as a separate toilet. Great apartment for a stay for families or groups of friends!
