Monthly Rentals in Plainville

So it was a trailer home in a nice and peaceful neighborhood but we felt like we were in such a cute little house. the driveway was clean, the steps stable, and then the inside. Oh my gosh so cute. It had that modern feel so everything was convenient like the AC, the internet, the layout, the kitchen, the rooms, the living space. But also had that old kind of touch where the cabinets, fan, old radio was just so charming. And everything flowed well. Great stay and would definitely have to book again next time in town.

Good location for access to Crane; great local & responsive hosts. Accommodations basic but very functional for one person. I was here for 2months and would definitely rent again (Only moved on b/c I didn’t re-up in time)

Nicholas’ house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood near the edge of town. The inside of the house is cheery and clean. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and many helpful basics and so was the bathroom. Lovely stay!

My husband and I brought our youth group and 3 children to stay here for the weekend. it was a lovely place for all ages, the bunk beds were perfect for my boys and I loved that they had a pack and play already there for my daughter so didn't have to bring mine along. the game room was a hit for the youth and Ike provided a delicious basket of snacks and a case of water for us all to enjoy. unfortunately it was raining the whole time we stayed otherwise the back deck with a fire pit looked like it was an ideal place to hang out. the storm knocked the power off one time which knocked the wifi out but Ike was very quick to respond and resolve the issue as soon as we reached out. definitely a 5 star stay for us 😊
