With one queen bedroom, one bath, a living/dining room, pull out couch and loft with two queen air mattresses.

The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. One houses the bathroom, shower and kitchen. The next contains the luxurious queen size bed, while the third has two twin beds. Air conditioned and heated.

B&L Cabin, Cabinet Mountain Base Camp and Retreat

This cozy 576 sq ft cabin is perfect for your next Montana getaway! A bathroom with shower, soap, kitchen, and porch with mountain views through the trees, you'll have no problem just enjoying some alone time! Enjoy hammocks among the trees or sit on the porch and enjoy trees. The water heater is small, 5 gallons so showers need to be short. Sorry, that is the only size we could get in there. There is no oven, but there is a 2 burner, nice hot plate and an air fryer.

Old Mill Road Cabin

Stay in our restored historic cabin from the old sawmill days. A medium sized cabin with bathroom and full kitchen. It's only a five minute walk down to the Symes Hot Spring for soaking in the healing waters. A king size bed , new carpet and electrical upgrades. I removed my TV from my home 45yrs ago and I do not offer TV or microwave ovens because of their negative health effects. . I have installed an ozone air purifier for those sensitive to any odor.

The "Paradise" River Front

Located in Paradise, Montana directly on the Clark Fork River. Few minutes from Quinns Hot Springs. Cabin offers two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen with Washer/Dryer. One queen bed and other bedroom two twins. Wrap around sofa, 50” smart TV , high speed internet, and landline. Plenty of room for parking as located on over 10 acres.
