the place was perfect ! so close to the beautiful town of looe, and even on a wet day we had , there was loads of films and games for the kids to keep them entertained, the views are blinding aswell as got the forest and sea view, robert was excellent and responsive, will definitely be looking to come back down in the summer ☀️

We loved our week at Tides Reach. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped . It had everything we could need and more! Perfect location, just yards from the beach and amenities, with private parking. Dominic was a great host, kept us informed and easy to contact. Highly recommended!

Really great home right by the station. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main part of town but the local beaches (2 mins away) are ace, family friendly and more interesting caves, rock pools than the one nearer town centre. There are loads of local shops and good restaurants too. Tom was very helpful with recommendations and the flat itself was spotless and modern. Overall a great find - we’ll be back next time we visit Newquay

The picture window makes this place just stunning - any time in the apartment we spent just looking out and enjoying the view. The road is quite busy and noisy but the view was definitely worth it. The apartment is really well kitted out with pretty crockery, rugs and throws available, a good collection of kitchen cleaning kit - sponges, washing up liquid, brushes etc. The small size dishwasher was very handy and there was a good selection of pots and pans as well. The bedrooms are smallish, but the main room is so lovely you only sleep in them, so that's fine - good storage in both them and the bathrooms cupboards so clutter is kept at bay. There is parking in the garage (which has a lift so handy for luggage transport) however it has very tight angles and with a big car we only ventured into it once! There is plenty of on street parking on the side road so no big issue - although during the day it is quite busy parking there. Overall a wonderful apartment - oh that window!

Lots of little touches which made our holiday perfect. Perranporth has always been a special place for us and we have found our new favourite home from home. Great location with driveway parking and a short walk to the beach. Sea views and plenty of sunny, sheltered space for relaxing outside. Clean, spacious and modern with everything needed for a short break. The ‘welcome’ supplies of coffee, tea and biscuits were much appreciated, as were all the helpful extras such as toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, basic toiletries etc. Ian was very responsive and helpful via Airbnb messaging prior to arrival and recommended several local restaurants. The Journey’s End was a definite highlight (delicious Thai mussels) and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast by the sea at Venus Cafe. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
