Beautiful apartment in La Marsa Cube (real location) with sea view. The property has 3 independent bedrooms, two of which are air-conditioned. The living room and dining room are also air conditioned. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with a second bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Parking can be parked for free. Beach is 1 min walk away. The French Embassy is less than 5 min walk away! Please don't be shy or hesitate 😉

Le propriétaire habite au rez-de-chaussée le premier étage est RBNB, le deuxième étage un couple italien retraité. en face de la résidence de l ambassadeur de France orienté plein sud au centre de la Marsa à 5 mns à pied de toutes les commodités et 8 mns à pied de la plage.
