Very nice villa it was for our group reunion and definitely we’re gonna come again in august.

The appointment it was very good and clean but so far for the city and you don’t have any grocery store beside apartment I think if you live there you need the car that’s all I wanna tell but the apartment it was very big and very clean and good location but I tell again know any grocery store no Restaurant if you again for a quiet area I think this apartment but if you’re looking at the store location restaurant is not there I don’t thank you so much for my friend. You will take care of me and you good guys. Yeah it was very nice with me and maybe I come back again but with with car with me and thank you so much appreciate for all if I give how many star in this apartment I give five star as very nice and clean .

Charming house located in a great area. Easy to walk to the city center and enjoy what the area has to offer. The villa is kids friendly and is well equipped, super clean and in a very quiet zone.

A modern bathroom features beige tiles and a glass shower stall. A white sink is mounted on the wall with a mirror above it. A minimalist toilet is positioned beside the sink, and a plush rug adds comfort underfoot.

The host was really helpful, I had arrived in Tunis very early in the morning and had no where to go. They worked to get me in earlier than the check in time so I wouldn't have to wait all day. I really appreciated that level of care. There is also a very nice security guard who is always looking out for you. The road out front of the apartment can get pretty loud at night but if you're not going to bed too early I didn't find it to be that much of a problem.

I had a wonderful experience renting this flat in La Marsa. The location is absolutely fantastic — right on the beachfront, offering stunning views and easy access to the sea. The flat itself was very well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Abir and Amr were extremely helpful and responsive, always available to assist with anything i needed. I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a beautiful, hassle-free stay in La Marsa.
