My 33 m2 accommodation is close to the sea. A minute's walk. You will appreciate it because it is completely refurbished, for its location, its sea view, its terrace and a parking lot in the residence. It has full amenities (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, oven, griddle, microwave, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, etc.). It also has a small bedroom with a 140 bed. A cellar is available as well as a bicycle storage room. Visit the Hyères Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros) from Hyères.

A haven of peace ... a magical view in nature 2 steps from the sea a luxury of not taking your car to reach the beach! An easy to live house of very good taste and very well equipped (kitchen). Everything was perfect! An address to keep including the relationship with the daycare 👍

A spacious bathroom features natural stone tiles and a modern vanity with ample storage. A round, stone basin rests atop the counter. A large mirror reflects the light from a nearby window, and a bathtub is positioned adjacent to the vanity.

We came to spend the weekend with family in the area. Armonie was very welcoming and particularly flexible with check-in and check-out times. The accommodation is new, nice and has a very nice garden! It's just a short walk to the beach, which is a real plus! Thank you for hosting us Armonie and see you soon!

Great location due to the proximity to the coast and the beautiful beach. Quiet location, yet shops, restaurants nearby. Smaller apartment, but no problem for 2 people due to clever layout, amenities were also good. Overall it was a relaxed, beautiful vacation!

A private pool is surrounded by wooden decking, complemented by a sun umbrella and outdoor seating. The view extends to the sea, with the sun setting on the horizon, casting warm light across the scene. Lush greenery adds a natural touch to the setting.

The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped: everything to make your stay easier (coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing machine, coffee, Canal+, Netflix, 2 paddles available, bluetooth speaker...) The welcome from Virginie and her husband is warm and they are charming, responsive and discreet hosts. They are also very flexible on check-in and checkout times. What we liked best is the location with its breathtaking view of Toulon Bay, very beautiful sunsets. But also the private pool on a beautiful tree-lined terrace and with beautiful flowers. The port is a 5-minute walk with restaurants (we tested and liked 111) The coastal trail minutes from the apartment is also very nice.

A shaded terrace area features a wooden table with folding chairs, surrounded by well-maintained greenery. Sunlight filters through the awning, illuminating a bright green chair. The space offers a peaceful view of the garden, enhancing the tranquil outdoor experience.

Very pleasant stay in Le Pradet. Spacious accommodation, suitable for small children. Beautiful terrace with ideal garden when the weather is nice. Nearby city center with a beautiful park, lots of games for children, and even a carousel The beach is not very far but difficult to access when returning with a stroller (very steep climb) it can be done but not very pleasant. Alexandra is very friendly, attentive and responds quickly to our questions. Thanks ☺️
