Great apartment with beautiful terrace, great location, great ocean view. Everything is available on-site. Hélène was also very available and very accommodating. We had a great time in our stay and hope to come back again.

Pleasant welcome, well equipped and clean new apartment, good sleeping. Alexa is very attentive and super nice which is appreciated. I recommend it.

Dream apartment in the prestigious Villa Cordouan

The accommodation is in a great location. It is very nice not to take the car to go to the beach with the children (no sand everywhere). We didn't really have ocean views, except from a small part of the terrace. This is not a modern home (old kitchen, light in the rooms as soon as the sun rises...) but a home full of charm and very beautiful from the outside.

The calm sea reflects hues of pink and orange as the sun sets over Pontaillac Beach. Silhouettes of distant houses are visible along the coastline, framed by gentle waves lapping against the rocky shore.

I wasn’t in Royan for a beach holiday, but the nice weather was a bonus for the time of year. The flat was beautifully situated, spotless, renovated with impeccable taste and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay there again.

very beautiful location that delivers a splendid view of the bay of Pontaillac. possibility of walking or biking along the dike to take a walk. relatively close to shops and restaurants facing the beach of Pontaillac. i highly recommend it.
