This place looks so much better than the photos. Excellent proximity; very walkable to local beach, restaurants and stores. We loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise, walking to La Tarte Tropézienne Pâtisserie for fresh pastries, cooking breakfast in the lovely kitchen and eating outside on the patio. The pool is inviting with a great lounge area and abundant places to have wine and expresso. Landscaping was gorgeous with fragrant plants, trees, flowers and fruits. The beds were comfy, bathrooms accommodating, cozy couches, lots of seating for large groups, great appliances, and loads of french charm. If I have to critique one thing it would be the slow internet, don't expect to work remote or do a lot of video streaming without bringing your on high speed hotspot. Chances are if you've picked this place it won't be to stay indoors and play on the internet lol. Cheers and thanks for the wonderful stay.

Evelin and Christine provided us with all important information in a timely manner. She was easily accessible, very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. The house is very nice and thoughtfully decorated. We were 9 people and cooked a lot, so we were delighted that there were a lot of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen. There were also plenty of opportunities to hang towels in the bathroom and there was enough space and chairs for everyone at the table. The rooms were a good size and were air conditioned. The house is a bit noisy. You have a lot of privacy and don't see or hear any neighbors and have a great view of the countryside. Since the house is located on the mountain, the village is hardly within walking distance, so it is better to arrive by car. Trash cans are nearby. Overall, we had a very nice time there and we didn't miss anything. We would come back and can recommend it.

We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

We had a lovely week with the family. The view is breathtaking! Hiking trails in the scrub accessible near the house. Some minor inconveniences during the week but the host was easily reachable and solutions were found.

Really a great stay in a large, functional house where everything was very well thought out. Pool, dining shelter by the pool, garden: everything extremely pleasant. Nicolo was always very available and friendly. Karine, the concierge, Pietro the pool attendant and the gardener did everything to make our stay enjoyable and they are all welcoming and friendly.

A hidden gem and probably one of the best places I've ever stayed at in the French Riviera. This is a very spacious and cozy villa with a nice swimming pool and a big garden. The views surrounding the villa are breathtaking, and it takes just a few minutes to get to the nearest beach, with a variety of beaches within a short driving distance. The communication from Michel and Nancie was great and always quick, which is greatly appreciated. I would be happy to stay here again the next time I'm in St. Maxime.

We had an exceptional stay! Virginia and her husband were very attentive… Small (big) touches on arrival, pastries one beautiful morning... not to mention all that the house already offered us! The house is exactly what we were looking for. It's a very quiet place but close to everything, with all the necessary amenities and more! Marie and Gerard's place is a small piece of paradise in the center of Saint Tropez. The well-organized house has a very well-kept and quiet outdoor area. It also comes with parking. You can walk to all the areas of interest in Saint Tropez and quickly leave the village by car to reach the most distant beaches (Saline and Pamplone). The care of the house in the absence of Marie and Gerard is in the hands of Jeannine always ready to respond to any need. The house is impeccable and you feel comfortable right away. I thank Marie, Gerard and Jeannine for their hospitality.

Raphael and the team who Look after the villa are fantastic communicators and when we arrived the home and pool were spotlessly clean! The photos really don’t do the home justice as the bathrooms and finishing in the property are of the highest standard which is not always the case in some villas we have stayed in where the reverse is true! Finding this modern yet cosy villa was a great result for the family and I. We will without a doubt return to this peaceful slice of heaven and we will encourage colleagues and friends to do the same. The only bad thing - having to leave! We could have stayed in the pool forever! Thanks Raphael and Team from the family and I we will be back.

We loved our stay and everything was perfect! Cecile was an outstanding host and she was extremely helpful. This was one of our best stay with Airbnb. The house was splendid and the views incredible. We would love to stay there again!

We had a great week at the villa – just fantastic! The house is beautifully situated, with great views, plenty of space and a magnificent pool which we enjoyed very much. We were also very lucky with the weather, which rounded it off perfectly. A big thank you goes to Sandrine, who has done an excellent job as a concierge – warm, helpful and responsive at all times. This makes you feel well looked after all.

We had a very nice stay. The location is great and you couldn't get enough of the view. In addition, you always had sun from morning to evening on one of the terraces. We were on site with 6 people. The communication with Michel worked out very well.

Delighted with our winter weekend in this beautiful villa, friendly and at the same time intimate with the 2 studios. It feels like home; it has all the necessary amenities and more, all the rooms are beautifully decorated. It rained throughout our stay but we were able to enjoy the barbecue, board games, console and sauna available!! And then Mathieu is caring, he welcomed us very warmly and put us at ease and was very responsive... We would recommend it without hesitation!!

Emilie is a fantastic host and was always on hand to help and guide us in the right direction. She even sent us a video so we could find the route to the house, which was incredibly useful! The house itself is a 10 minute stroll into Plan de la Tour, so you can get fresh bread and croissants in the mornings. The pool is heated and very pleasant. There are plenty of things to do in the house, from the boule pitch, to BBQ, gas as well as wood in the winter months. Board games and cards. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped as is the main kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with easy to use heating and aircon. The lemon trees are fantastic and full of lemons. You have the sun all day! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed villa in a quiet forest area. The host is friendly with great communication. The garden is stunning, we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen.

we had a very good stay in the Villa. The house is very nice, compliant with the pictures, and extremely quiet. The swimming pool and tennis courts are at walking distance and it's possible to park the car in front of the door leading to the villa in few steps. Equipment , beds, kitchen, AC, TV very modern and well functioning, including the piano you can see on the picture. The balcony is spacious, relaxing, and ideal for evening apertives and dinners

Beautiful villa in a peaceful estate. The pool area is the highlight of the address. The house is pleasant to live in, well equipped and the bedding of good quality. Two quick notes: the beach can be reached in about twenty minutes on foot but the road can be dangerous in case of traffic. Outdoor equipment cushions would be worth a switch to dry cleaning. I would recommend this address!
