Evelin and Christine provided us with all important information in a timely manner. She was easily accessible, very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. The house is very nice and thoughtfully decorated. We were 9 people and cooked a lot, so we were delighted that there were a lot of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen. There were also plenty of opportunities to hang towels in the bathroom and there was enough space and chairs for everyone at the table. The rooms were a good size and were air conditioned. The house is a bit noisy. You have a lot of privacy and don't see or hear any neighbors and have a great view of the countryside. Since the house is located on the mountain, the village is hardly within walking distance, so it is better to arrive by car. Trash cans are nearby. Overall, we had a very nice time there and we didn't miss anything. We would come back and can recommend it.

We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

We had a great time at this beautiful beachfront villa. This home is ideal for a family looking to spend a relaxing vacation in the area, between beach and pool. We enjoyed the comfort of the very spacious accommodation, the proximity of the boat bus to Toulon and the beaches, the large swimming pool, the park around the villa... and especially the excellent hosting and recommendations from Emilie!

We went to ride at the Paul Ricard circuit, and we spent 2 nights which went wonderfully, I recommend this listing!

We are thrilled with the villa and the breathtaking view of the Bay of Saint Tropez. We had an unforgettable stay. The villa is absolutely brand new, very modern, and luxuriously furnished, located in a closed and secure residential area. The villa was very clean, and the garden plus pool were also very well maintained. It is in a great location for trips to Saint Tropez and Pampelonne Beach. Communication went smoothly, and even during our stay, our questions were answered very quickly. Wonderful hosts and an always helpful "Maria" on site. We liked it so much that we would love to come back!

Agathe was very helpful throughout our stay. She was responsive when we had minor problems, and in general very helpful. She also helped out when it turned out that our initial booking could not be done due to last minute changes.

We had an exceptional stay! Virginia and her husband were very attentive… Small (big) touches on arrival, pastries one beautiful morning... not to mention all that the house already offered us! The house is exactly what we were looking for. It's a very quiet place but close to everything, with all the necessary amenities and more! I highly recommend and thank the hosts again for their kindness and hospitality!

Marie and Gerard's place is a small piece of paradise in the center of Saint Tropez. The well-organized house has a very well-kept and quiet outdoor area. It also comes with parking. You can walk to all the areas of interest in Saint Tropez and quickly leave the village by car to reach the most distant beaches (Saline and Pamplone). The care of the house in the absence of Marie and Gerard is in the hands of Jeannine always ready to respond to any need. The house is impeccable and you feel comfortable right away. I thank Marie, Gerard and Jeannine for their hospitality.

Great place for big family.

Raphael and the team who Look after the villa are fantastic communicators and when we arrived the home and pool were spotlessly clean! The photos really don’t do the home justice as the bathrooms and finishing in the property are of the highest standard which is not always the case in some villas we have stayed in where the reverse is true! Finding this modern yet cosy villa was a great result for the family and I. We will without a doubt return to this peaceful slice of heaven and we will encourage colleagues and friends to do the same. The only bad thing - having to leave! We could have stayed in the pool forever! Thanks Raphael and Team from the family and I we will be back.

Villa exceeded our expectations. The location above the sea overlooking the infinity pool takes your breath away. Lying areas around the pool are sufficiently available. The house with its three bedrooms and three bathrooms offers all the necessary equipment to spend a luxurious holiday. Also ideal is the footpath with stairs to the beach. All in all absolutely recommended.

We had a very nice stay. The location is great and you couldn't get enough of the view. In addition, you always had sun from morning to evening on one of the terraces. We were on site with 6 people. The communication with Michel worked out very well.

Emilie is a fantastic host and was always on hand to help and guide us in the right direction. She even sent us a video so we could find the route to the house, which was incredibly useful! The house itself is a 10 minute stroll into Plan de la Tour, so you can get fresh bread and croissants in the mornings. The pool is heated and very pleasant. There are plenty of things to do in the house, from the boule pitch, to BBQ, gas as well as wood in the winter months. Board games and cards. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped as is the main kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with easy to use heating and aircon. The lemon trees are fantastic and full of lemons. You have the sun all day! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed villa in a quiet forest area. The host is friendly with great communication. The garden is stunning, we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen.

Very nice, modern home with a very friendly and responsive host. Very quiet area a little more in the interior, so a car is a must. The private swimming pool and jacuzzi are top notch. For us, there were 2 downsides: beds are on the smaller side for 2 people (140x200) and the pool is not heated (less ideal with children out of season). For the rest, everything was great.

We had a wonderful vacation at Giovanni's house 🥰 He greeted us personally upon arrival and calmly showed us the beautiful vacation home and explained everything. There's nothing missing in the house. Our children particularly liked the heated pool, so they were also able to spend the few rainy days well 💦 And we adults could enjoy the sauna 😃 The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Bakers and shops are less than five minutes away by Car reachable. The spacious property is completely fenced and you don't have to worry about a child getting lost. We will be happy to come back! we had a very good stay in the Villa. The house is very nice, compliant with the pictures, and extremely quiet. The swimming pool and tennis courts are at walking distance and it's possible to park the car in front of the door leading to the villa in few steps. Equipment , beds, kitchen, AC, TV very modern and well functioning, including the piano you can see on the picture. The balcony is spacious, relaxing, and ideal for evening apertives and dinners
