Dans un quartier très animé à deux pas du célèbre marché de la place d'Aligre et des arcades de la "Coulée Verte", à 10 mn de la Gare de Lyon et de la place de la Bastille. 1 pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée, 1 chambre avec 1 lit 120 x 200, salle d'eau, toilette et lave-linge. L'arrivée se fait strictement entre 1pm et 3pm (13h et 15h).

The bedroom, with bathroom, is on the 1st floor. The living room, kitchen and a second bathroom are on the ground floor. The living room overlooks the courtyard garden. Fig, carob and olive trees are planted here. A Mediterranean garden in the heart of Paris. Two cats, Mi and Mines, live here. They keep pests at bay.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
