Christan's house is a pearl with a beautiful garden. Very quiet location, just 15 minutes away from lively Piura city center. Having your own car is an advantage, but the house can be easily reached by taxi/mototaxi. The house is well and modernly equipped, the garden is a green oasis in the desert with lots of birds. Christan is very helpful, taking care of his guests' concerns right away. Highly recommended, also for families with kids. It has an artificial grass in the garden for outdoor activities and a small Korball space. Right in front of the house you can walk on untraveled gravel track.

It was a good stay, excellent Walter was very kind and very committed at all times. If I were to return to Piura, this would definitely be the place where I would stay. César's place is a very good option in relation to cost/benefit. A very safe urbanization and quite close to the mall. The mosquitoes are a problem for which you will have to bring a mosquito net in order to rest peacefully. Cesar is very dedicated and friendly, I always want to fix any problem.

We arrived and the apartment was just like the photos. Clean and tidy. Irina gave us the apartment rules and everything was fine. He answered the questions we had quickly and I even give us his number in case we needed anything. We separate shift for the pool that has a nice view to see when the sun goes down. The air-conditioning and the Internet work well allowing you to do telecommuting. We were able to rest quietly as neighbors don't bulla

Excellent place to stay when traveling with children, my children enjoyed the place, strategically located to get to know Piura and its surroundings such as Paita, Sechura, Catacaos. The facilities are impeccable and cozy. Thanks to Oscar for being attentive and giving precise directions.
