Rodrigo always very attentive! What attracted me the most was the flexibility of check in and check out, which was very necessary for my last trip. For those who want to visit the waterfalls and surroundings, it may be better to choose a place more to the center of Capitolio, but for my family who wanted to ride by speedboat, house with leisure area and swimming pool, staying in this condominium on escarpments was ideal. I will be back more often for sure, Rodrigo was an excellent host!!

Great, exceeded expectations

Leticia is great to handle! Thoughtful, understanding, and we had great communication. The house is excellent, great location, clean, smelling, comfortable, cozy, with all the necessary utensils, of extreme good taste. It exceeded our expectations whenever possible we will come back for sure, it was a super nice experience!

the site of Gustavo is great... as described in the listing, very spacious, clean, I believe that only a few cooking utensils (bricks, pots, etc.), a towel for the table, the rest excellent.

It was a great experience! Delma always very attentive and responded very quickly, with great tips for places to visit. The apartment is very cozy, clean and tidy, exactly like in the pictures. Of one of the balconies of the rooms, you could see the sun rise, it was amazing! I recommend this apartment and would definitely rent again :)

The accommodation was great. The site was clean, organized and well equipped (duplex fridge, stove, air fryer, sandwich maker and coffeemaker). The host was very requested and provided all the necessary help when triggered. The building is in a hillside area, so being by car is essential, unless you don't mind this... It is also important to know that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which can be a problem for people with mobility difficulties. The building has a garage, but it is quiet parking on the street.

All indicated matches. The owners are friendly and very attentive. I had a problem with the car and they were super proactive. The bonus was to have a filter with ice water, super friendly! Vale indicates that the access is by staircase and the apto is at 2ndo andar. The staircase has 4 flights that make it less tiring and less steep.

We loved our stay at the Cloves' apartment, we got very tired of the trip and he had already arranged a delicious coffee for us, was super attentive to the class, gave several tips for tours and places for us to know, took us in commercial establishments in the city so we don't get lost, I recommend too much, the super spacious cozy apartment, and very well located

In this tour , I went to my partner stepfather brother-in-law and niece , we were greeted by the parents of the edson , Mr. Joana and Sr Jaime , a couple without words , presented us with an excellent , beautiful , airy house full of swimming pool rooms, because the one we had agreed ended up being small , and still the value of the difference was simply magnificent !! Great apartment, of extreme good taste, with modern furniture, well decorated, working utensils, including large refrigerator, air frier, microwave, stove,iron. 3 thick bedrooms, the bathroom of the suite with 2 excellent showers, plus a second bathroom that meets the other hospides. Bairo new silent, well located for those who are by car.

Excellent host. In the apartment there is even a text with instructions on where to eat, and fun options. I plan to come back soon. Super recommend

Exactly as in the pictures, but we were surprised by the cleaning, care and organization. The apartment is very large, we went in a couple with a Dog, but it turns out to be great to accommodate 6 people in comfort. It is on the main avenue of the center, making it easy to access supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and gas station, as well as close to the square to enjoy a walk with the view of the lagoon. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much to all hosts !!!

Very well located apartment, in the city center, close to markets, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacies. Quiet and safe location and facilities with great finishes. It did not leave anything to be desired.

It was a great value. It is important to note that there is no accessibility (elevator). If there are no restrictions on this, it is really a great option. Many nearby places to eat (bakeries, markets, coffees, ice cream…)

Apartment in excellent location, next to the city square, very well taken care of.
