Excellent stay, very well located house inside the condominium escarpments of the lake, swimming pool, game room, complete house and 6 bedrooms and 4 suites. Very good atmosphere, safe place. Lucas is a super attentive host and a good person, in addition to Edson, the caretaker, who gave us daily support. I highly recommend it!! 10 out of 10.

We spent amazing days in Capitol Hill. Mr. Augusto was very polite, kind and helpful. Whenever necessary, he served us promptly. The house is exactly the same as the listing, and the location is great. We highly recommend the stay.

I'd like to thank you for the incredible stay this weekend! The house exceeded all our expectations ,all very well cared for, clean and with a wonderful energy. The atmosphere is cozy, spacious and ideal to rest and enjoy good times with family/friends. The location is also excellent, quiet and with a beautiful view. Without a doubt, it was a wonderful experience and I hope to be able to return soon. Congratulations on the whim and hospitality! Alquimar excellent person and very polite , they left pampering on arrival for us ! I'll be back soon God willing ! 🙏🏻

Our lodging at Rodrigo's house was simply perfect! The house is very comfortable, well equipped and has a wonderful view. In addition to excellent hosting, Rodrigo was a great host, always available and left everything very well explained. He told us a speedboat tour that made our experience even more special! Without a doubt, it was a stay that exceeded our expectations. We leave with great memories and we want to go back. I highly recommend it!

Still ecstatic with the perfection that is the house of Fabrício! Super satisfied with my choice, identical to the listing. Very well-equipped rooms, full kitchen, wonderful gourmet area! I intend to take advantage again, super indico! I would also like to thank Ester who at all times supported via wpp, I also thank the boy of the swimming pool and spa cleaning who made our experience even more pleasant.

Very good house, the caretakers are very attentive. Points for improvement: The barbecue does not match the house, a better quality barbecue with more barbecue utensils could be offered. Kitchen utensils such as forks, knives and plates are very simple, they could be better. Other than that, everything was very good, I highly recommend the house.

Quiet place with a small road on the ground to reach, which makes the location even more reserved. Zaira is an excellent host, in addition to responding and proactively helping, she offered us the best speedboat tour we could have done, a fair price and very well accompanied. The kitchen is super well equipped, the pool is great. It is not very close to the sightseeing attractions, but it is close to the city which is very good for those who, like us, wanted to enjoy the house and barbecue etc.

My family and I spent an incredible carnival, and we love every day that we stay there. The house is super-equipped, with everything we could imagine and even more. Everything is very clean and organized, and the atmosphere is extremely quiet. The access to the lake is a great differential. In addition, Marcelo was very attentive, removing all our doubts, and Mr. Messias, who received us, was super sympathetic. Sure, we'll be back!

The stay was incredible! Since the beginning, Marcelo was very helpful. The plan was during the day to make my bachelorette party, there would be more people who wouldn't sleep in the house, and he allowed it. The house, although old, has a beautiful view and all amenities (huge, all rooms suites, well-equipped kitchen and delicious pool). The main suite has an air conditioning that worked perfectly and all rooms with a fan. I had already seen the comments of the stairs, there really are many, but it was not a surprise. I delayed check in and the housekeeper answered me in readiness, cleaned the pool every day and even helped climb some suitcases. As there was no reservation for the day of departure, he had flexibility at checkout. Anyway, it was very good and perfect for my plans. I will definitely recommend it to more people!

Beautiful and super cozy house! Bia is a wonderful host, very helpful and attentive! Nothing was missing in the house, it's super complete from appliances to tablecloths. It has everything! Everything, everything we need to find in the house in an easy way, the drawers are identified and super organized! The street is quiet and safe, the view is beautiful! Excellent pool and jacuzzi and the suites dispatched! I loved the stay!

Closed plot with canvas, inclusive. The swimming pool answers. For those who like to fish, it is close to the dam. The house is all furnished and the TV is modern. The stay was excellent, starting with the very friendly and proactive hostess, who always responded to messages very quickly, in addition to giving several tips about the place, we were very well received by the caretaker, who went to the house every day to clean the pool. The house is very beautiful, everything is clean and organized, wonderful decoration, it has everything you need in the kitchen, air-conditioning in all the rooms working perfectly. Host Danielle explained everything and was always so kind and accessible. Over the house, it managed to be better than in the photos, home with large rooms, great bathrooms, garage fits more than 2 cars, good barbecue, excellent pool and the best, the view of the lake! House a little away from the center of Capitólio, so the place is very quiet with the present nature. We'll come back more often.

Our experience was very good, since the photos corresponded with the location. Easy access, it has a good common area and the apartment is very well cared for.
