We had the best time! The pool was fabulous. And the pasta night was so much fun!

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

We stayed there for a week with friends and it was awesome! The accommodation is secluded, super quiet, perfect for switching off. Everything was really cozy and nicely decorated, you immediately felt comfortable. The amenities were also great, nothing was really missing. We had a really cool time and would definitely come back. Clear recommendation!

We expected this villa and views to be amazingly but it was above our expectations would definately recommed it, Jeroen emailed clear directions andchecking in info but he also videoed the sign and road to look out for and videoed the road down to the villa as it wasn't signposted. The villa has 360° panaramic views, and is not overlooked at all, with a fab infinity pool. Very clean and modern, had everything u needed. It was a pleasent change to have plenty of everything in the kitchen,crockery and glasses all matching and stacked high. Washing machine and dishwasher were added bonuses along with the little shop just up the road. 5 star all the way.

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very special, secluded and quiet location in walking distance to the center of Scandiano. Michele is an artist with an eye for details. The house is filled with history and antique furniture, spotlessly clean and very comfortable even with AC in bedroom and living room. Is was a very authentic Italian experience for us and Michele is so kind and helpful! We missed a bit having a kitchen, but the restaurants around are amazing. For anyone seeking a real cultural experience while having great comfort, this is the place to go.

Magnificent historic place, magnificent host: Caterina was always attentive to us, communication was very fast and she is wonderful, without being overwhelming, but always ready to help us. Beautiful place surrounded by nature. Huge and very clean house with well-maintained outdoor spaces and comfortable interiors, nothing was missing. The host Gianna is fantastic, she did more than her duty. Very helpful and very kind. Thanks to her, we were able to make a child happy by being together. Thank you Gianna for everything.

Due to a very complicated move, I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and completely fenced, really made a difference The house is charming as well as the view that frames it, priceless waking up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence that I feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful break during which, at times, I was even able to regenerate myself I had some minor difficulties with the TV in the living room regarding channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the bedroom Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming property if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of relaxation and rest! The stay was wonderful. The house is clean and cozy. The house is located with a stunning view. Paolo, the owner, was very friendly. From the first moment he was always available for any question. And we received lots of recommendations for trips in the area. Highly recommend coming to this property.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

We were able to enjoy this amazing place for two weeks. During our first ride up, we were already enchanted by the beauty of the surroundings. Lara's house is on an open plateau surrounded by trees. It is a beautiful house, equipped with every comfort. It is clean and very well maintained. The view from the garden and your balcony is directed at Tassilico. A village you can walk to. Verni is a very charming village where you can walk to from the house. And you can have a delicious homemade dinner and/or lunch at Lara's, let her know. Your table is set in a nice square and you enjoy, excellent! Feels like home. Lara is a very friendly woman and is always ready to help. Has very nice tips to discover nearby. And there are several hiking routes to discover from the house. Through komoot, we have discovered routes, in multiple lengths. We highly recommend Lara's place, if we could give a 6!!
