⭐ 5/5 A wonderful Villa stay, thoughtful and relaxing! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful very private Villa. The setting was peaceful and very relaxing especially beside the beautiful pool. The Villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to get us started. From everyday essentials like tea, coffee, water, and soft drinks, to beer, kitchen supplies, and plenty of fresh towels, the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Theodora was very responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, offering great local recommendations in Pitsidia village, ‘The Bakery’, ‘Raftis’ etc and other beautiful Cretan restaurants in nearby villages, all which were very much appreciated and easy to get to by car also. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A true gem!

Really magical place. Just a stone's throw from the village center. The place was comfy, well thought out, clean, the views were amazing and Monica was very kind and flexible. I would absolutely recommend this place :)

We had an amazing week at the Villa with 3 generations of our family, 6 adults and one toddler. There was plenty of space for us all and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The Villa really is a home from home. The road to the Villa is unfinished so if hiring a car pick an 4x4 or SUV. You can manage without a car as there is a supermarket 10 min walk away and a few restaurants in the village. The Villa has an amazing view, and we experienced stunning sunsets looking out to the sea.

The villa is perfect for couples / families who enjoy a calm, peaceful and relaxing environment. The views and sunsets are stunning. Everything in the villa is modern, spotless clean and the pool and terrace offer everything you need to relax and cool down. Close by in the village and near the beach you’ll find some lovely restaurants and shops. We can definitely recommend this lovely villa.

The house is simply gorgeous. Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The host was very generous with items in the refrigerator and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of recommendations of places to eat in the area. Michael met us in the driveway upon arrival and showed us everything in the house, that was very kind. Especially loved access to the washer and dryer because we were traveling with kids. It was too cold to use the pool, but if you are here when it is warm, it would be such delight.

Nice and clean apartment that is equipped with everything you need. Highlight: The pool with sea view. Overall a very nice and relaxing time, we will be happy to come back!

Excellent stay with family, a real pleasure to have discovered Crete and to relax in the accommodation and in the pool morning and evening (and even a few lunchtimes😉). Services that match the venue. A splendid and quiet view. Remember to plan your trips for visits because you have to take the road as soon as you want to visit, however the city center, the beaches and a very good restaurant are within walking distance, pure happiness! Ramonita is an outstanding host. She was incredibly thoughtful of our toddler daughter, going above and beyond to provide a beautiful experience. The villa, which was kept extremely clean, is absolutely stunning - it is a very high-end, modern, build with luxury comforts and artful/tasteful minimalist decor. The infinity pool is incredible and the view unbeatable. The location is ideal for exploring South Crete, with many of the most beautiful beaches and historic towns/sites just minutes away by car. Pitsidia, just a few minutes walk down the hill, is a small town that is packed with lovely family-run traditional restaurants. This was a fantastic experience. Will stay again.

We were two families together and we had an AMAZING stay. Stunning property, everything about the stylish and gorgeous Villa Lagremha is top quality, from the meet and greet, the beds, and the furnishings etc. Extremely well equipped and thought out place. The pool was incredible, delightful views in a spectacular location to get away from it all. The tavernas and beaches around were wonderful. Emmanuel & Yannis and their team were very attentive, they messaged to ask if all was well for us and responded to a query of mine immediately. Highly highly recommended, would give 10 ⭐️ if I could. We will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. This is a 10/10 Villa. We have travelled a lot and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. We were a family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children aged 2, 4, 9 and 11). The views are stunning, the pool is big, all the rooms have private bathroom. Jacuzzi is also perfect for when the sun goes down! Theo was a wonderful host helping us, giving good recommendations and suprising as with some nice gestures. This Villa really is a Gem as the name suggests. As for the surroundings - it is 100% private! For me the best part was that there is a nice local village to walk to every night. There are some amazing Tavernas/Restaurants with delicious food and reasonable prices (also a mini-market). There is also a nice beach with a good restaurant and a nice cozy beach bar - it is only a 10 minute walk from the villa. And if you rent a car then it is a 10 minute ride to the Rethymnon old town, which is also a very nice place with lots of shops and restaurants. The Villa was worth every euro!

Our two-week holiday at Villa Zelda was nothing short of incredible. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and far exceeded our already high expectations which had been set by the beautiful photos we saw online. Stamatis’ level of customer care is exceptional. On any occasion we reached out to Stamatis he responded immediately with helpful support that we really appreciated. The quality of the villa, the layout, and the inclusion of modern conveniences all contributed to our satisfaction. The infinity pool with jacuzzi, the sunbathing area, outdoor dining spaces, and well-maintained garden were all top-notch. As if all that weren’t enough, we were treated to breathtaking sunsets on most evenings. The recommendations in the welcome pack were fantastic. We didn’t manage to visit all of them, but the ones we did try were outstanding. In summary, this is one of the best holiday’s we’ve ever had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your service and Villa Zelda to anyone!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Great location with it only being a 15 minute drive to Rethymno centre. Great facilities at the house, the pool & hot tub are a great addition to your stay. Check-in/check-out was made super easy with great communication between all parties involved. Would 100% recommend & return in the future :)

We loved everything about our stay and really enjoyed the big pool to relax and calm down. It was sunny all day with enough shady places. The place is even more beautiful than on the pictures and offers everything you may need during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, enough dishes, glasses and even a sandwich maker 😁 The whole house was perfectly clean! We also would like to mention that the owner was super friendly, helpful, answered our messages fast & gave us some good recommendations where to go for nice beaches etc. The house kinda is in the middle of nowwhere which makes it super quite with a lot of privacy. Still it only takes you around 15 minutes to beaches and bigger shops, restaurants and so on which was perfect for us. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful villa with its infinity pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedding is super comfortable. Well located for visiting the Matala area. Shading the very mineral terrace would be a plus. At the end of the day the sun is very present and it is very warm. Just like putting umbrellas around the pool would be great.

We (a group of 11 adults and 4 kids) spent one week in the Villa Grabella and we loved it! The house was big enough for us with all the bedrooms (each bedroom with own toilet/shower), living room, kitchen and the terrace with pool. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cook your own meals. The terrace and the pool and especially the view was stunning! Supermarkets and various restaurants are very close, you don‘t need a car for it. The Kommos beach is about a half an hour walk from the villa. Our communication with Antonis was great, he replied to our messages always very fast and was very friendly. We would recommend the villa to everyone. 5 stars!

We had a wonderful time at Gerhard and Susanne's house. The house and especially the garden is laid out with a lot of love for detail and you immediately feel at home . It offers enough space and is quietly located to spend a relaxing time as a family. Gerhard and Susanne are top hosts who are always available and, if necessary, help to explore the area with very good recommendations. There are plenty of opportunities to do nearby, but you can also easily spend time at the house in between with a pool and garden. So an absolute recommendation from us if you want to spend a nice and relaxing holiday in Crete. Gladly come back

We stayed at this beautiful villa with our adult children and an older parent, and it exceeded our expectations. Perched high above Moires, it offers stunning views of the valley and distant mountains. The villa is exactly as shown, with a fantastic outdoor pool, lovely gardens, and an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill and wood-fired pizza oven. Inside, everything was clean and well-presented, complete with a wonderful welcome pack. All the rooms were just as advertised, with quality linens and towels. George, the owner, was incredibly attentive, communicating effectively and even cooking delicious Cretan meals for us on several evenings. He also shared great recommendations for local trips, restaurants, and beaches. I can’t recommend this villa enough—it’s perfect, and I can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay at Villa Kalimera. It was exactly as described. Nearby there were great restaurants (thanks for the good recommendations!) and beautiful beaches - all well accessible by car in no time. Due to our late arrival, Theodora filled us the fridge with various food (fruits, tomatoes, cucumbers, noodles, milk, water, and much more). We will be happy to come back!

I recommend this property wholeheartedly. It's in a lovely location, perched up on a hillside, so fantastic views of the sea and countryside. Very peaceful. An outside kitchen to die for, a lovely little pool and really great facilities. Very well equipped - welcome beer, wine, and local produce. Even kitchen foil etc. Fantastic. Washing machine was very welcome. It is a bit of a walk to the village and coast - say 10 minutes there and 15 back (as it's up a pretty steep hill and a really steep driveway). One of the nicest, cleanest and most modern places I have stayed for quite some time. Dolphin restaurant well worth a visit

Voula is an exelend host. From the first time we arrived we had a warm welcome and given exactly details about the house and the area. The house was amazing at the top of the hill, with a stunning view of the mountains and the sea. Also, it was fully equipped and clean. I high recommend this place for someone who want to relax, enjoy the view and spent his vacations close to the area of kamilari and matala. I will definitely visit this place again sometime.
