The studio is minimally decorated, it has a double Japanese futon eco bed that ensures a healing and restful sleep and opens its door to a flowery roof garden, equipped with everything you need to spend an unforgettable time. Garden House ALPHA

The house is located quite spectacular on a small hill with 5000 sqm land. This site offers views in all directions,to the sea, mountains and valleys. The old garden with palms,cactus,oleander and olives is generously planned. The traditionally built stone house with ~ 80 sqm is completely renovated and furnished modern. The salt water pool (8x3,5 m) is heated from June onwards . You drive to the village Kamilari 5, to Kommos beach 10 and to the airport 60 minutes.

Villa Bougainvillea

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Livshouse

Sweet little stonehouse in a quiet area of Kamilari, and with a beautiful view to the sea, the Messara and to Psiloritis. The house is surrounded by olivetrees and a garden on the front. It has a nice terrace with a pergola, and you can also enter the roof where the view is fantastic. The house has a separately bedroom with a double bed and closets. It has an open kitchen/living area with a couch that can be turned into a bed. The bathroom has a washingmachine.

The Little Pearl

The little Pearl is a small, traditional, Cretan stone house that is designed for a maximum of two people. It has a terrace with a view of Psiloritis, a romantic courtyard garden where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Everything has been designed with great attention to detail. Information about the climate tax: In the case of Little Pearl, it is 8.00 euros per night.

Fully renovated and fully-equipped Garconniere in the center of Pitsidia. Despite the central location very quiet. Nearby are restaurants and cafes. The beautiful Komo beach is about 2.5 km away. In the apartment is a brand new fitted kitchen with a whole kitchen assortment. Coffee maker and kettle also provided. The famous town of Matala is about 4km. Ideal for two people but also suitable for three, as there is a sofa bed.
