The cottage is equipped with WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and A/C. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private balcony with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
