Two double bedrooms and combined study and bedroom with nice view .Fully equipped kitchen . Newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are available. The cottage is equipped with a sauna and a wood-burning stove, and for extra comfort there is a fridge/freezer and several heating elements, which makes it possible to visit this place all year round.

On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant tranquility on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Nice sea view. Outdoors there is a Jacuzzi that holds 38 degrees year round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin.

Walking distance to Piteå beach, one of Sweden's largest tourist facilities with adventure pools, children's activities, afterbeach, bars, restaurants as well as entertainment and events.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view.
