My mother's family grew up here, six boys and girls in overalls and a pair of cows, Red and Daisy. It's postcard pretty, comfortable and relaxing for vacation and business travelers, and close to many places: Piedmont Triad International Airport - 45 minutes; NC Zoo - 10 minutes; High Point Furniture Market - 35 minutes; Greensboro Coliseum - 35 minutes; Seagrove pottery - 15 minutes; Pinehurst golf - 50 minutes; Petty Museum - 25 minutes; downtown Asheboro (Sunset Ave.) - 10 minutes.

The Robin's Nest is a small but roomy adorable and romantic cabin that is so peaceful and calming. Once inside there was a welcome note with a couple of fresh, extremely tasty, pastries from a local bakery. Everything was very clean and tidy. The binder full of info from history about the property to local places to eat, and things to do around the area. We would definitely book again, hopefully during different seasons to experience the property in all the beauty.
