The place was very central, easy to access. The host is a 7 as well as her very attentive mom. The stay house was excellent!!! 100% recommended!!

I'm sure you've seen the photos and have thought: this place must be too good to be true! This house was chosen very carefully after going through many options and reading through lots of reviews - The views from this house blew all other options out of the water. We chose this place as our home away from home as we got ready to celebrate our WEDDING in Santiago! Both sets of in laws, siblings, and us -- We truly could not have chosen a better house!! One thing that you won't see in the photos is the care, support, and responsiveness offered by Allen and Geert. Checking in was a seamless process and whenever we needed ANYTHING, both hosts had immediate response times and made sure that everything exceeded our expectations. You are located in a very safe neighborhood and are surrounded by pristine views, gardens, statues, and a relaxing pool. Thank you Allen and Geert for your incredible hospitality, this certainly won't be our last time at Casa Geist!

Excellent place for a team of Mountaineers!

We had a very good few days, I would say the place is nicer than the pictures. Everything clean (including the pool) and the kitchen is equipped with necessities. As a fact, to comment that the capacity is for 8 people considering the beds, if they are squeezed to 3 in a king bed they come to 9; but they are not 12 people as the publication says although the owner offers mattresses. Another point to take into account is the air conditioning according to the season, there are two air conditioners but there are no controls to operate them, but you have to ask the owner to turn it on by chat; this because the electricity is more expensive in that area. Lastly, to comment that on the plot both inside the house and outside there are security cameras, which were apparently turned off during the stay but we didn't ask either.

The place is very nice and peaceful, just what we were looking for, lots of privacy and the place was just like the photos, we were in contact with the nature of the area, in the event of any inconvenience Alvaro was attentive to solve it, it was a quiet stay, the fact that check-out is late allows us to make the most of it until the last day and moment. The apartment is beautiful, it has a lot of nice touches, it's a large space, very clean, well maintained and with all the necessary amenities, and it's also very conveniently located. Our stay in Santiago de Chile was excellent. The apartment is located in a quiet and easily accessible area, ideal for getting around the city comfortably. It is a spacious place, well lit thanks to its large windows, which makes it very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped: we used both the oven and the electric stove without any problems. The bathrooms were in good condition and had humidity extractors that worked properly. Access to the apartment via electronic lock was very convenient, and they also provided us with three keys for the garage door, which also worked smoothly. The apartment's light switch was off (under a picture), but we found it quickly. I especially highlight the kindness and attention of the building's security staff. I would definitely book this apartment again. It was a very positive experience that fully met my expectations. Thank you for everything, Bea

Second time I've rented and it's just excellent, very central, lots of activities nearby, just the detail of a little outside noise from the neighborhood but nothing that can't be rested.

The location is very good, very busy, away from the historic center, but very close to offices and large buildings. Walking (3 blocks) you can go to the mall and the sky coast. There are bars and restaurants nearby, in front is the tabolaba market, with many options for eating and shopping as well. The carport is on the ground floor of the building, roofed, camplia and there is a 24-hour doorman to attend the entrance if necessary. The apartment is super spacious, you notice that it is a few years old but it is very well maintained. We recommend. We stayed 6 days 4 people very comfortably. You have access to the subway if you need to. Caminando (20 min) you reach Cerro San Cristobal (teleferico).

The apartment is impeccable, very clean and modern, I recommend it 100%. It has a coffee maker, hair dryer, kitchenware, books, a desk, in a word it's spectacular. I am so pleased with the welcome bottle of wine. The apartment has a beautiful view of the neighborhood.
