Na samo 200m nalazi se setaliste Kej pored reke Nisave kao i sve znamenotosti koje treba videti u gradu,tvrdjava Kale, Centar,zelena pijaca,Muzej. U samoj zgradi su menjacnica i mini market kao i nekoliko kafica i restoran.Pogled sa terase je na prelepu prirodu oko grada i sam centralni trg. Stan se nalazi na 3 spratu zgrade koja ima ulaz sa zadnje strane zgrade i velikim prolazom na samoj setackoj zoni. Geadski parking je na 30 metara

Izuzetan apartman u najstrozem centru grada. Apartman je dvostrano orijentisan sa tri odvojene prostorije i dve terase. Sa jedne terase se pruza pogled na Crveni trg a sa druge terase pogled se pruza na prelepu Pazarsku crkvu. Zgrada ima dva ulaza. Jedan ulaz vas vodi tacno na Crveni trg i pescku zonu, a drugi ulaz je ulaz sa parkinga. Apartman je opremljen novim namestajem i belom tehnikom i pravo je uzivanje boraviti u njemu.
