It is on a quiet street but in the center of Pagrati while it is a sunny and airy space with 6 steps from the entrance, with central windows on the facade. dear dear guests :)‼️‼️‼️ the house is fully renovated. new windows, bed+a futon matresss. pictures are to be uploaded soon :) Greece is known for being really hot in the summer. Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

Very close to the apartment there are two pedestrian streets full of traditional and modern restaurants, coffee shops and bars for all taste from the morning until the next morning!

Cozy modern 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment with own private entrance. Located 2 minutes walk away from "Neo Faliro" train station. Close to markets, hair-dress, bakery and coffee shops. Metropolitan Hospital , Karaiskakis stadium and peace and friendship stadium are near by the apartment. Easy transportation access to Piraeus port or El. Venizelos airport by train and bus.The apartment is in a very convenient location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
