We stay in airbnbs for work travel almost monthly. This is by far the most special house. The beds are so comfortable! That is a rarity. It's a fun house with tons of games and a great yard. I can't say enough about how great this house is. You can tell from the start how much the host puts into making sure his guests have a great time.

Gabrielle’s place was exactly what I needed for a peaceful get away from the city. It looked exactly as it did in pictures but so much more beautiful up close and personal. The personalized touches and friendly reminders were so well thought out and complimentary to my stay. Gabrielle was friendly and helpful; always responding with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this place for a wonderfully quaint and peaceful getaway.

This was our second stay at Divya’s home. The unit is tucked away from the street and has a dedicated parking space right next to the unit. If you have pets, there is a secure back patio for your pets to enjoy. Communication with the owner has always been good. We highly recommend her place.

So many great restaurants close by! Our trip was short, only two nights but we could’ve stayed longer. Since this is the owners home it’s fully stocked with everything to cook and be comfortable. The neighborhood is an older established one in which we felt safe and private. We can’t wait to come back.

We loved staying at Casa Victoria. The home was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely recommend staying here.

My boyfriend and I were in Berkeley for a weekend celebrating my friend’s wedding, and The Peacock Room was the perfect retreat for us, with enough space to rest, hang out, and store/heat up some leftovers. It’s a really cool space with a ton of personality and quirky design, and is nestled in a quiet building complex that is centrally located and feels very private. Checking in and checking out was a breeze, and Erin was very responsive. There were a few ants in the bathroom when we arrived, but Erin brought some spray to use, and they weren’t a problem at all after that. Highly recommend the Peacock Room!

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Her kindness, attention to detail, and friendly energy made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you so much, Lori—you’re truly one of a kind!

House is In a beautiful spot. Driveway access requires stopping on the side of the main street getting out, punching the code for the gate then making a u turn to get in to the drive way. The house was very open and spacious. Overall the family enjoyed the house.

What a lovely house! In particular we enjoyed the expansive and fully-fenced outdoor space with our doggos and kiddos - pictures don't really quite do it justice. The pool house worked as a separate nest for the teenagers, while adults used the two bedrooms in the main building. Location is pretty perfect, with just a 5min drive to Sonoma downtown and easy access to main roads. Our host was extremely communicative, and even helped return an item we forgot at the house promptly and without delay. Hope to visit again!

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

I'm local and I stayed at Rifat's guesthouse for a week to get some focused work done. The space had everything I needed to sleep well, make food (and a good sized refrigerator!), and get work done. Rifat was also very accessible/upstairs in case I needed anything. The location is enough off of the beaten path that I was deterred from heading out for unnecessary trips but close enough that everything was accessible. Some other things that I appreciated were that the space has a couple space heaters that double as fans, which were helpful for both purposes! There were low-lighting lamp options in the main room, kitchen, and bedroom, which I appreciated a lot. There are stairs leading down to the guesthouse (which she has pictured) and the gate is sturdily spring-loaded to deter deer coming in - these weren't issues for me at all but did require some coordination when I was carrying 2-handed or heavy items, so just keep that in mind! A very lovely space and very kind host!!

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

Look no further as this is a peaceful paradise! My husband and our two young children had a wonderful stay. The home is calming and very private. The solar panel heated pool is amazing and very kid friendly. Melodie is a super-host and we hope to get the chance to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay at Renée's. It was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. The place was spotless and the garden was beautiful. Communication was great and we appreciated the offer to check in early as we were driving around with luggage. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent four nights at Reuven's cottage and I think it was one of the nicest airbnb experiences I've had! The cottage was in a beautiful very quiet neighborhood in north Berkeley, yet just a few blocks from a quiet shopping street with restaurants, grocery store, coffee, bookstore, etc. The space was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we found every amenity we needed, and more. And Reuven was a great host! The cottage is next door to their house so he is available if needed, but the cottage is separate and private from the main house. You really felt like you were a guest in someone's home (in the best way). Highly recommend!

Nice clean spot with everything you need to have a great trip. Great location and easy access to a 7-11 convenience store. Only thing they need are better pillows on the bed! The bed itself is super comfortable tho.

Lindi was a very friendly and available host. She even gave me a bunch of lemons to take to my daughter who lives nearby. The place had everything I needed. It is very convenient to public transportation. I would stay there again.

We loved staying here! First, the place was extremely comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. It had everything we could need for a longer stay and felt like our own space due to the privacy and easy access with coming and going. The location was great. I was commuting regularly and enjoyed being just a few minutes walk away from BART. We were also near some great bike rides. Sonha and her husband were exceptional hosts, always ensuring we had what we needed, plus more. I felt like we could easily get in touch with them whenever. We felt particularly lucky with how welcoming they were, even inviting my husband on a bike ride after discovering that was one of his interests. I feel like Sonha’s communication was perfect and always at the same level we brought. Overall, this was one of my best Airbnb experiences and Sonha’s place is definitely our first pick next time we’re back!

Audrey and Susan were both welcoming and kind. The space is peaceful and well maintained, and it was perfect for a couple. The patio was more spacious and comfortable than I expected!

We absolutely loved staying at Brian and Hannah’s Victorian home! The property is charming from arrival, with pink trim and blue staircase, and outdoor seating area visible upon entering the gate. We loved all of the nods to the history of the home while enjoying the modern fixtures, appliances and furnishings. Brian and Hannah provided welcomed suggestions for nearby, walkable eateries and entertainment, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring Crockett. They are extremely communicative and responsive hosts. We look forward to future visits to this delightful property.
