We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect ! Set in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet only about 25 minutes from the beach. It was a great distance for exploring and enjoying different activities without being in the middle of all the noise. We truly loved everything about our stay and would absolutely come back again. Booked Janet’s place for the weekend for my wife’s birthday . Had the pleasure to meet her mother that was very welcoming as well! Everything was nice and clean. In addition , Neighborhood was so peaceful ,and the house felt so welcoming ,we now consider Florida as a place to live ! So many places were near by too like Calle ocho famous walkthrough and the beach ! Looking forward to staying here again .

Very spacious and well appointed older home. Very comfortable, beautiful lot, perfect location for us, very responsive, accommodating and helpful host. We will most certainly be back next year if the house is available.

What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

The best part about this unit is the host (Maria). She is wonderful in terms of helping and accommodating, and went as far as to go out of her way to give me a ride. I was there for a family emergency and she was very compassionate and helpful. This is my second stay and I’ll be returning to this place when the time comes. Nice, cozy, well taken care of place with all the basics. Great for an individual or a couple.

The location and view is unbeatable! All updated bathrooms and kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

Gina was a great host. Her property was cute and cozy and the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Her and her team were not only responsive but super friendly. The private outdoor area was a great addition to the property. We hung out outside and enjoyed the great Miami weather. Though we did not use it, there was also a barbecue available. Would definitely recommend booking!

Wow! What a fabulous apartment! We had the most amazing stay to celebrate my birthday! This apartment had everything we needed, a home from home! The place was amazing and much more spacious than the pictures showed. Amenities were 10/10!! Elevators were a bit slow but it was a lot of floors so I understand. Highly recommend

I travelled to Miami for F1 weekend and sunshine, Cory’s place was beyond expectations. It was beautiful, clean, the bed was comfortable, it has an amazing rain shower, and he left so many thoughtful extras like snacks, mojitos, drinks, and personal care items. The pool area and hot tub is great and also pretty quiet. Coconut grove is also an amazing area to stay, it’s very safe for solo travellers and families… but it also has some amazing restaurants and bars that are all walking distance. On a rainy day Sadelle’s for breakfast and Koko’s for dinner is only a 6 min walk:). Can’t wait to return, thanks Cory!

Un voyage inoubliable, notamment grâce au logement que nous avons choisi, le cadre était parfait, la décoration de très bon gout, les installations en excellent état, à ce jour ce logement reste mon plus gros coup de coeur ! J'ai hâte d'y revenir dans le futur !

Finally a 5 ft pool and it was beautiful. We came in early with no sleep and Diego managed to get us an early check in. We couldn’t be more grateful. FYI check in by the front desk. Ask them where and what spots to park when you get the keys upstairs. I was in a rush to stop and read the house manual because I just wanted to check in and go to bed. Will definitely stay again. Also pool access 4th floor and I think gym.

Excellent place to go with the family (children), super clean, quiet, safe, comfortable and very nice. Robert, very attentive and was always aware of everything. I recommend it and would definitely come back.
