Ideal location 24 hours a day! On the main strip literally next door to a 5 ☆ resort (El San Juan Hotel) and within 1-2 blocks of ANYTHING you'd want or need: Beach, bars, casinos, pharmacies, supermarket & restaurants...FREE PARKING ON SITE. Beachfront locations are not ideal here during the evening hours because of poor street lighting which makes our place perfect. You're in the middle of it all! This is a large studio on the top floor of a 12-story condo, located right on the sand, with a truly breathtaking view of the best beach in San Juan (rated #1 urban beach in the world by USA today), floor-to-ceiling windows, reserved parking, split AC unit, WiFi, and Roku TV, in a secure building with key-operated elevators. Excellent apartment in a spectacular area of Isla Verde Beach, located on the beach with direct access to it. The apartment has one bedroom suite with King Size bed, second bedroom with two Queen Size beds. There are two full bathroom. Toilette of reception. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, oven, microwave, etc. It has a breakfast bar. Super comfortable and spacious modern living room. Incredible view of the SEA, balcony with table and chairs.

Beautiful, quiet beachfront apartment located in the middle of Isla Verde Beach with ocean views from every window. Just step outside and jump in the beach (depending on the tide) or walk either east or west and you will find beach-lounge and umbrella rentals, surfing schools, several hotels, food kiosks, banana boat and jet ski rentals and lots of fun. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, 55" TV, high-speed internet (250mega) and many board games. Paradise!
