Επιπλέον υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση σε "ιδιωτική" παραλία, ενώ το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε οικόπεδο 2 στρεμμάτων με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, μπάρμπεκιου και άλλες ανέσεις.
