Bedrooms are in the 2nd floor and might not be conducive to Senior Citizens. Complete with kitchen amenities for simple cooking. It has an Ecosphere UV Water Purifier for 24/7 clean, healthy water. No need to bring water bottles. Bugs and mosquitoes are natural occurrence in my property since at the back is a forest. Refrain from opening windows and doors.
