Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Marrian's lovely home for a third time! Each visit has been truly delightful, and this one was no exception. Marrian's hospitality is simply outstanding, and her brother, Ian, along with the friendly village guards, made us feel so welcome. Marrian went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra day, even though she had another booking coming in. We were incredibly grateful that she offered us the extra day free of charge! Words can't express how wonderful it is to stay in Marrian's home – it's a truly special place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

The place looks even nicer than the photos. It was clean, well-kept and cozy. Easy communication also with the host - responsive and gave clear instructions. Lastly, great value for money! Thank you for having us at your place. Highly recommended.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

The experience was truly wonderful! From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, everything went smoothly. The host was fantastic with communication. She was always quick to respond to all our queries, making the entire process easy and hassle-free. Her attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

Great place to stay! I highly recommend the place for big groups, corporate events and family get together. Resort staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rates are reasonable and worth the price. Will definitely visit again for other special occasions.

Our group enjoyed our stay here and both the property and the host / staff were able to meet our expectations. - The location is very secure since it's inside a gated neighborhood. - The pool's temperature is not too hot, but good enough to keep you warm. - The villa has a good location to view both sunrise and sunset. - The staff provides a professional welcome, provides clear instructions, proactive in checking what the guests need, very responsive, and addresses concerns immediately. - The staff is perfectly on time with their scheduled responsibilities. - The location is marked accurately in maps / GPS applications. - There are nearby mom and pop stores, as well as chain 24/7 convenience stores. - There are good number of rooms and plenty of beds to accommodate large groups. - The property provides good and stable Wi-Fi internet connection.

This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.

A space full of character! It was huge and a great place for bonding with our extended family members! We had space for games, catch-ups, relaxing and sitting down together to banter over hearty meals. Our onsite caretakers led by Manang Eva were very generous with offering assistance😍. I can imagine families, companies and barkadas enjoying this place just as much as we did!

My family and I had so much great time with the place. They had everything that I am expecting from an airbnb. The host and her family were very nice, and very accommodating, the place is so clean and I loved those decorations that they made and that booklet was very helpful as it has the massage I am looking for, and I was able to book a home service massage from their trusted massage therapist, which was the best massage I had so far. This is the place I would like to visit again and would recommend to others.

great place to unwind with kids. we took their phones away and just spent the time in the farm. best tging about it is we get to bring our pups too. secluded area but you will feel safe. internet's a little spotty but thats the thing, you have to disconnect from the busy world when you are here. you'll never run out of activities! hopefully next time, we get to stay longer!

Such an awesome place for a staycation with family and friends! Very clean, great location with mountain view and the place is very safe and quiet. The care takers are accommodating and helpful! We'll definitely go back there for another staycation!

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

Our stay was a nice getaway from the hustle and Bustle. Home was cozy and private and made our stay relaxing. Would stay again!

Angelyn's a great host. She replies fast and proactively communicates how to get to her place, the rules and checking in. My family and I appreciated her a lot as a host with her communication and for taking care of us as she considered to extend our check out because we arrived past 12am. Her place is exactly as we've seen in the pictures and my kids enjoyed the small foosball and mini board games. It was close to Lausanne so it's easy to get a coffee in Dear Joe or in Windmill. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will certainly go back.

As always, sir Vic is very accomodating person and the kids really love to stay on his home. will be back again soon

I have been eyeing on this place since our vacation last December since we are going to Majayjay Laguna to visit my fathers hometown we wanted to stay in a private resort nearby before going back to Manila but unfortunately they are fully booked. So now finally I was able to booked it just on time. The host is responsive on my questions. And the care taker did explain everything when we arrived and make it up to make sure that the place is clean since there is a lots of guest ahead of us and it needs extra time for cleaning the place. All in all it was a nice relaxing stay.

Exceptional. We enjoyed our stay. Ms. Karen is easy to talk to. We kinda got lost because we pinned a wrong location. She made some amends so we didn’t have to travel back where we should be picked up by our boat. She also allowed us to stay past our check out time without extra charge. Very accommodating with our special requests. Props to Ate Rose and her husband for assisting us during our stay. They made sure that all our needs will be catered. Finally, we appreciate the whole team for going the extra mile. One of us left her wallet inside the cabin. Ms. karen took it her back to Manila so that we could easily retrieve it. We would definitely go back to this place.
