Vacation rentals with a patio in Pigneto, Rome

From the moment we stepped into the place it felt very cozy. In a very quiet neighbourhood and as mentioned, a minute walk to the bus stop to take you to the city of Ancient Rome. Places to eat nearby as well. The highlight of the place was the spacious outdoor patio, where we took nap each afternoons. The place itself was equipped with nice comfy bed, kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove where we made caffe every morning. The bathroom was nice and clean, we had one minor issue on day 1 but Apollonia and her partner came over right away at night to fix it and now that is going above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Grazie Mille :) Again, I can’t emphasize the Catello home, would definitely recommend this place and will book it again without any hesitation.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Andrea. Het appartement ziet er fantastisch uit, heeft alle voorzieningen, is enorm schoon en heeft een prachtig dakterras. Ook de airco’s in het appartement zijn écht een live safer in de hitte van Rome. De metro en de bus zijn op loopafstand, het appartement bevindt zich in een fijne en veilige buurt en biedt alle rust om even te ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad. Al om al, een fantastisch verblijf gehad! 10/10!

Alessandro was a very attentive host, we arrived very early in the morning and he came to greet us. He kept in touch throughout the stay and ask if we needed anything more. Of all the airbnbs I have stayed in, it was by far the cleanest and best service! The apartment was very close to the metro (although we walked to the colosseum - c.30mins), and quick journey into central Rome! We had a great time in Rome and Alessandro made the stay from great one to excellent! Thank you once again.

El apartamento de Francesca fue perfecto para nuestras vacaciones familiares! Aunque está un poco retirado del centro, estaba muy bien conectado en metro y fácil de encontrar. La decoración y amenidades eran perfectas y muy bonitas; además de su amabilidad siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. Definitivo recomiendo alojarse con Francesca! Nos llevamos excelentes recuerdos!

7 dagen verbleven in dit mooie appartement in kelderverdieping, 2 grote slaapkamers, groot terras. Bestek, glazen en borden zijn beperkt (6 stuks van elk) en er is geen afwasautomaat. Rustige omgeving met metro Re di Roma op 10 min lopen.

One of the best of the many Airbnbs I've stayed in. We could really feel that we were staying in someone's real family home, and Sabina took real care in making us feel at home, even leaving us champagne, fruit, bread and local sweets -- really above and beyond. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and loved our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer). Very charming neighborhood outside the main stressy area of central Rome!

Wir hatten sehr schöne drei Tage in Rom. Giorgia ist super sympathisch, antwortet schnell und hilft direkt, wenn es Probleme gibt. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und liegt optimal, sodass man ganz einfach mit Bus und Bahn ins Zentrum von Rom kommt. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und geben unsere besten Empfehlungen!

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

Le Airbnb correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. L'hôte est très réactive et gentille, elle nous a même proposé d'envoyer Maria, la femme de ménager nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous y amener, pour une modique somme. Le cadre est vraiment sympa, mais très loin du centre-ville de Rome. Il faut compter environ 1H30 de transport pour se rendre dans un quelconque lieu touristique. Mais cela permet d'être plus tranquille. Je recommande !!

El alojamiento está muy limpio, cama muy cómoda muy tranquilo, algo lejos de la playa , pero cercano al aeropuerto en taxi unos 12 minutos, David muy amable y servicial, buena comunicación y organización

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

I booked based on the pictures and let me tell you, they don’t really do the place justice. Yes, it’s an apartment, but the views from every room were beautiful. Check-in in was easy and Lorenzo walked us through the process. If you’re not used to European-style locks, you eventually get the hang of it. There are good local restaurants and I recommend eating in the neighborhood, rather than by the tourist traps by the Colosseum. Prices are roughly 1/2. The Colosseum is 1.5 miles away, roughly 20-30 minute walk, depending upon your pace. We enjoyed the terrace every night, listening to religious processions, the bell towers, and fireworks. The sunsets were breathtaking taking. You can clearly see St Peter’s Basilica in the distance. The beds were comfortable, the AC cold (definitely needed it) and we were able to get laundry done. Don’t second-guess this place. Pull the trigger now. We’ll be staying here on our next trip.

If you want to enjoy Rom by foot and public transport, book this Appartement. It is far away from all the hustle but close enough to all the sights ( takes you within 30 minutes or a bit less to the sights). Especially the train station is just in front of the door! The whole Appartement looks exactly like on the picture. The bakery next to the house has delicious pastries and there is a supermarket near by. Grazie mille for this wonderful stay!

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Franchement nous avons passé un bon moment chez stephano, c’était impeccable et sympa. Pas loin du métro dans une résidence privée avec pas mal de stationnement. Proche des commerces.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
