I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It is a short walk from the gym I attend, so it is super practical. The area is very residential, quiet, and well-connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Although my plane was delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

If you’re looking for basic lodging very near Roma Termini, this is it. Great communication with the host and a very easy process all around. We didn’t cook in the shared kitchen, but if you needed to cook, there are the basic amenities. A change of towels daily, if requested. For the convenience factor, we would definitely stay here again.

Eugene was such a great host! Since our arrival, he was aware of us, he recommended a restaurant and a local ice cream shop near the place. The breakfast is very rich and always on time :) there was an occasion that we had to leave at 6 am and still left us our breakfast already prepared. The room is very comfortable and the view of the terrace is very nice. Their kittens are love. I highly recommend his place as it is very close to the Vatican and it is very easy to get to the center of Rome, Eugene also guided us about the transport and so we were able to use the bus without a problem. We would definitely stay with Eugene again on our next trip to Rome :)

The highlight of this accommodation is the location, in a beautiful, safe and excellent area for getting around Rome. The property is easy to find, self check-in and therefore flexible. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need, and Francesca is very kind and helpful. I would gladly return for my next stay in Rome, highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in this room. Everything was clean and tidy. Sergio was kind and friendly, he let us check in very late and picked us up from the airport for a fair price. The location is quite good, with easy access to shops and major monuments. The street noise was a bit annoying at night, but overall, considering the price, I would definitely recommend it.

Paolo's place is ideal for those of us who need to reach the Circus Maximus for an event, both on the way there using the subway (stop nearby) and on the way back on foot, it's just a walk. The room is essential, it has everything you need and Paolo is very precise and detailed in the directions to follow to make you as autonomous as possible. I also found the breakfast to be good. we stayed 5 nights at Cecilia’s place, and we fell in love with this place and the neighbourhood. it’s not a very touristy area, which was nice, it felt like an artsy neighbourhood with great community. there are nice bars and restaurants (and a bakery) within walking distance, and the city centre is easy reachable with public transport. the place itself is so beautiful, the room was spacious and had the cutest balcony where we had coffee and breakfast. everything we needed was provided, and Cecilia told us great recommendations for nice places around to find the vibe we were looking for. highly recommend!!!

Everything was impeccable! Well located within 15 minutes walking distance of Termini, which at least for me is very important. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The room has everything you need, everything new, perfect condition and very nice decoration details. Francesca and Anna excellent hostas, I arrived a few hours before check-in and they conditioned everything to enter and not wait. SUPER RECOMMENDED.

What can I say? In this case, 5 stars is almost too little. Very kind, responsive and attentive to details. We chose the property because in the evening we had to attend a concert at the music park and for this purpose the property is perfect. A clean, cozy environment with everything you need for the night. highly recommended

Caterina is helpful, kind and welcoming. The room is clean and new and the bed is very comfortable. In the room there is everything you need for breakfast, while in the common area there is a coffee maker and a kettle for tea. The only negative note is that the curtain of the French window is not very darkening so as the sun rises the room lights up, but this is not a problem for those who can sleep even with the light on. In general it is a great solution for staying in Rome and I would go back.

Very well located accommodation (near the Colosseum) and at the same time the environment is very quiet. Special mention to Francesco, who responded very quickly to all our questions. Totally recommended for getting to know Rome, thank you for everything!

Really perfect location, almost opposite the metro entrance. Antonella really cares about being discreet, (I agree with the other comments, we didn't feel like we were sharing the apartment with huge volumes at all) and that you have a great stay. Vouchers for breakfast at the cafe downstairs from the building that hosts good live musicians in the evening (no noise problem, rest assured, extremely quiet atmosphere in the room), practicality of travel with e.g. the Colosseum a 15-minute walk away, and connection with Termini station and Vittorio Emanuele metro. Thank you for the little Vespa keychains, our daughter loved them. 🥰

We felt very comfortable, our host Marysol was so kind, communicative and generous. The place is nice and clean, it is close to the C metro line, by walking 15 minutes you can also reach an A line. I recommend it. Thank you:)

Great location and a super friendly host. Was a bit humid in the room however all in all everything was really nice.

The property is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with breathtaking mountain views from every room. It’s the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The host family was kind, attentive, and very welcoming, making us feel at home while still respecting our privacy. The pool area is always quiet and clean, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. A big plus was the free breakfast served every morning, generous and perfect for starting the day with energy. The location is great — just 40 minutes from Rome by car, making day trips to the city easy. Plus, Tivoli and its famous villas are only 15–20 minutes away, which was a lovely bonus. Highly recommended guests looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat near Rome. We would definitely love to return.
